Established in 1987.

Olmstead Construction, Inc. operates as General Contractor with skilled tradesman in the carpentry, laborer and cement finishing fields, focusing on new commercial construction, remodeling/​renovation of commercial construction and industrial construction.

Olmstead Construction owner Dan Olmstead has been involved in every aspect of the construction business for more than 40 years. Dan has perfomed tasks from carpenter to construction superintendent to real estate sales to project manager/​estimator to President/​Owner of Olmstead Construction.

Vice President Matt Olmstead has followed his fathers path and has performed many duties over the past 15 years. Starting as an apprentice carpenter and progressing to general superintendent. Matt then shifted focus to estimator/​project manager and is now Olmstead Constructions Vice President.

Matt has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Matt has performed a full range of duties, from apprentice carpenter to general superintendent; from safety coordinator to estimator/​project manager, and currently is the Vice President of Olmstead Construction.
