I f had a tenderloin and was small, not appealing to the eye. I am wondering when the last time the grease was changed. Will not be frequenting here.

We have been to the Tic Toc many times over the years. We had a party of 5 last night. Every single order was wrong. My friend ordered a Toc burger with no lettuce, tomato and a side salad. She received her burger with all the fixins and fries. Had to wait on the salad. I ordered(2) rib eye sandwiches, for myself and my husband. We were told they only had one left. So I changed my order to a TOC burger with onion rings.(I ordered 1st) My husband’s steak sandwich showed up on white bread, as opposed to the hoagie roll as listed in the menu. Really? We ordered a full order of Mozz sticks and were delivered a ½ order. That was fixed. I was finally served last, with french fries and finally received my onion rings by the time everyone was finished eating. IT appeared that the waitress was also cooking. The bartender ran back and tried helping her by delivering us our food. She apologized over and over again. I do not blame her. They clearly were not fully staffed, and this was at 6PM on a Monday night! Very disappointing meal and we will definately NOT be back. Short staffed, wrong orders, waited on small plates for appetizers, had to ask for silverware. All orders were wrong. The only good thing was the mozz sticks.

Love this hole-in-the-wall! Just in town for a few days, but the service was above expectation. The drinks were not only priced well and taste good, but they said we were there close enough to happy hour and still got the discounts. The appetizers and the main dishes were absolutely magnificent! The only downside were the sides, but everything else more than made up for this!

I just don’t understand why they can’t get their ribs tender and hot… Have been going there for years, food is never consistent. Onion rings are great half the time, under or over cooked. Have talked to owner several times… Quit going for 6 months, then finally went back, Thursday night, rib night, same problem… Guess owner just doesn’t care, place needs good cleaning,…

So, I hate to rain on anybody’s parade… but this place could best be described as «meh…». The reviews and recommendations from former guests had me super excited about the fried cauliflower, fried mushrooms and cheese sticks. Then that excitement fell flat. The cheese sticks should be described as cheese logs… but if you like to chew your food for 3 minutes before you can swallow it, go for it. They are absolutely too thick for my liking. The cauliflower was bland and the mushrooms were ok. For dinner, I ordered the pork tenderloin. It was fried super hard and left abrasions on the top of my mouth,. The only good thing about it was the flavor of the ketchup, pickles and onions that were toppings… all other flavor was absent, as in NOSEASONING. The sweet potato fries were decent. The only thing I’ll rave about was the Ice cold Stella Cidre that I got for $ 4. It was delicious., though not served in a glass like I asked. The restaurant does have unique character, but the food Is lackluster at best. Meh… do yourself a favor and choose another place.

This place is truly a gem. Found this place after buying the groupon for it and read the reviews and gave it a shot. Boy am I glad I went to this place. The BBQ are to die for and well worth the money. Probably near 1 pound of pork and the portion size makes Texas look small. The Pork sandwich was tasty and their house sauce is sweet. The potato skins you would have to keep an eye on because they burnt ours the first time. They were filling up near peak lunch hours but the waitress was still attentive and caring.

I use to come out to the Tic Toc when I was dating my current wife. This is a nice little pub. they often had buy one get one free in the paper, I think they still do that so check out your local Penny Saver, Gazette or whatever newspaper you have. The atmosphere is a dark pub type place with a large bar and a decent amount of seating. I think they specialize in sandwiches but I am sure their other food is just as good. This is a place you can go to relax after work. They have a casual crowd and not all college students you might expect being so close to the college. I recently had the Ruben and it was very good lots of fries too.

I used to go eve;y Thursday for their BBQ and fries. Wonderful. I have been there a few times in the past couple of years and noticed decline in the cooking. This Saturday I had the smoked two piece chicken, hashbrown casserole and the sweet potato casserole. HORRIBLE. The Two pieces were actually one piece with something that had no meat attached to it. The chicken was so dry then when I tried to cut into something that I thought was meat, it just cracked open and one piece flew in the air that is how dry it was. I think it was white meat. The Hashbrown Casserole was not done, just enough to melt the cheese on top and the potatoes and onions were raw. The sweet potato casserole was gray and the amount was only enough to fill the small side dish. It was bitter tasting and there was one small nut in it. I assume from the bitter gray taste that it was over a day old. NEVERAGAIN. Another formally pretty good CR place down the tubes.

This place used to be great and has the potential to be so again. I have been frequenting the place since the late 1990’s. I work late, and very few real(not drive through) places have their kitchens open late anymore. After going there several Friday nights in a row and being told the kitchen closes earlier and earlier every time(it’s been 9pm or before), I have given up on that idea. It’s like the servers and bar tenders want to go home and don’t care if paying patrons want to eat. I did go there during the day once last month and I was very impressed that someone actually took the time to CLEAN everything… The chandeliers, the walls, the shelves on the bar… Someone finally must have had enough. It looked cleaner than it has been in YEARS. SO much better. I also want to say that there is one female server who has been there FOREVER and is NEVER friendly. I can’t be the only one who notices. The salads need an huge overhaul(the lettuce is always a bagged mix and it’s almost always slimy or brown when I get one). Highlights are the smoked meat and the Friday all you can eat fish. They really need to shop their competitors and kick it up a notch or they’re going to get buried. I want this place to stay open forever. Please find a way to reconnect with your lost customers.

Let me start by saying the fried cauliflower was amazing! Home made, battered. Not shipped in frozen. Unfortunately that’s all the good I can say. The cauliflower took forever, I think she forgot to send the order to the kitchen. We ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches which we have heard GREAT things about. They were horrible. The meat was clearly dried out just by looking at it. Why would you even attempt to serve that? I tried to take a bite and couldn’t bite through it. My fries were cold. Not like warm, but COLD. Only ended up eating the cauliflower. Won’t return. what a shame. From there we went to the flying weenie and it was great!

Was the worst food I ever had! Lettuce was old & brown, ribeye steak sandwich was spoiled, & they just placed it on a plain price of white sandwich bread! My husband could not even want to finish his tenderloin sandwich either. Only thing that they did well was the glass of water. Never will go there or recommend this place to anyone! Pray we do not get food poisoning!

What happened to this place? Once upon a time, great food and libations. Today prepackaged frozen mystery meat rhas replaced real quisine. People who give the Tic Toc a high rating must work there or eat dog food. Sorry. Last time to visit this establishment I known since I was child. Poor Jerry S must be rolling in his grave.

This is a great place to eat. When I walked in, the place actually smelled clean. The cheese sticks were awesome. They are the best in town, I think. The sandwich was just perfect, I could not have done better myself. I wish I could give this place more stars because it is just an awesome place to eat. It’s way better than most chain restaurants. I felt bad for the poor waitress because she was working by herself. So I left a huge tip and went home extremely happy.

ok, what’s up Tic Toc? Are you trying to go out of business? Went in on Friday with the family and had the worst experience I’ve ever had there. First Guinness is no longer on tap. What! Then to offer up a can instead, insult to injury. Ordered our meal and I had a salad on the side. Brought it out with my bleu cheese dressing. It was rancid. The bartender tried to tell me that it was because they put paprika in it. No, it tasted rancid, like bad milk. Got French instead. Better. Had the all you can eat fish. It came out with one filet on the plate and the cook who delivered it said, ‘There is more in the back when you’re ready’. Ate my fish one, it was ok. They use a corn meal batter, very light and not overpowering. I would tell you what my second one tasted like, but I never got one. After waiting 10 minutes for the server to stop back, especially since our drinks were long since empty, my husband flagged her down. She came back with a refill, she came back with box for my daughter’s sandwich, but didn’t come back with fish. By this time, everyone at our table was finished eating. Waited for another 10 plus minutes. Saw the server again. Decided that it was crazy to wait any longer. Went up and told her to remove the meal(since I had only had one filet and the side salad). She brought check to husband and meal still on it. Fortunately, the bartender took it off, but by that point her poor service had earned her no tip. Normally we tip 18−20%, but tonight the service didn’t warrant a dime. Need to up your game Toc.

Generally, the food isn’t good but if you love fried stuff, you can’t go wrong with the infamous mozzarella sticks. The great thing is that you can avoid the typical domestic beers and get an Amberbock @ Happy Hour for $ 1.50.

My group meets here once a month. It is a great place with good food. The waitress is always really great. She makes sure we are well taken care of. The prices are some of the most reasonable in town. Good food that is cheap and cheap alcohol are always a bonus. I would have given it more stars but they close at 10 pm during the week. That can be kind of a bummer if you would like to stay a bit longer.

You walk out of this place smelling like grease. The walls are marked by dust, clocks, stains, smoke, beer, gold framed paintings, and age. The service is unpredictable, the patrons a mix. The Tuesday night cups are smaller now. The food is artery clogging. I could subsist on their fries with ranch, french onion soup, and light beer. I know, it doesn’t sound great. But it is.
