One of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Nestled in the middle of one of the great small towns in Wisconsin, this coffee shop has everything you would want on the coffee, espresso and tea front. But what sets this place apart from any coffee shop I’ve ever seen are the baked goods. The variety and the brilliant execution of everything produced is remarkable. With the selection changing from day to day, you can find pies, cakes, bars, scones and pastries of differing kinds all the time. The giant cookies are great to share as well.
Please don’t miss a chance to stop into the Roastery if you are in the area.

Cute coffee shop, really nice place to stop for coffee, or iced tea on a hot summer day like I did! I had not been here in quite a few years, but stopped by this week when I was in town and it was just how I remembered.
I love the setup of this location. The coffee roaster in the middle with the high table surrounding it. Has an antique feel to it, very much fits in with the Cedarburg feel.
I do not like coffee and wanted to try an iced tea. There were only a few options and I had trouble deciding, so the barista suggested I try a mango tea. I was unsure because sometimes I do not like mango, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised by it! It was refreshing, and had a really good aftertaste. Also I could taste the spices in there. Sometimes iced tea end up too watery and it messes with the flavor, but this had a good strong flavor without being too intense. Yum!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I am 27 now. I have gone to oh so many coffee shops and this has been the best I have ever found. I am so happy it is only 5 minutes away from my house. Great bakery, too. Try an O.E.O. cookie– oreo, espresso, and oatmeal. they are the size of your head, and ohhhhh so good!

I actually ended up throwing away the cup I bought and buying a cup from CCR. I was impressed that they roast so often and even have a couple that you have to call ahead to have roasted for you. Once I try the beans I bought, I may increase my * rating.

I love their big cookies. The second time I stopped here they had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Yup, that meant the center was gooey and the cookie was nice and soft. The shop is great because the roasting takes place smack dab in the center of the café. The location is excellent as well on the main drag of the downtown touristy area of Cedarburg. Oh, and they have good coffee. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your drink since they are busy on Saturday afternoons.

Shoulda gone to Fiddleheads. Sorry the coffee was pretty poor I dont know if i would try it again honestly it tasted like it was sitting forever. The coffee was very flat and plain and over all very unimpressive.

Their drip coffee was good, but not that impressive. Their coffee tasted more or less flat and plain. From a coffee roaster, I would expect coffee with something unique.

Stopped in for a first-​time visit today. Atmosphere was fantastic. We ordered two cappuccinos and vanilla butter cookies. The drinks were perfect-​beautiful, strong, and everything a cappuccino should be. We left with a pound of freshly ground Guatemalan beans. Reasonably priced and smelled amazing. Staff was friendly and thoughtful.

This place is adorable, local and serves coffee. What’s not to love?
If you aren’t looking to nosh, at least stop by to see the coffee roaster in the middle of the café. Very cool.
But, while you’re looking at the roaster, you should probably mosey on over to the counter and chat with the chipper, knowledgable staff. They’ll convince you to try this cinnamon white chocolate mocha that you’ll love. And, of course, it’ll be masterfully crafted.
You’ll leave happy. I promise.

There are maybe 20 coffee shops in downtonw Cedarburg… ok, maybe not 20, but at least 4 within the the 4 block downtown area. The Roastery actually has another one right next store. This one is locally owned and has an old fashjoined roaster right in the middle of the shop which is pretty cool. Many times you can catch them roasting beans during the day. The drinks are decent, they have a good selection of bakery they make right in house. Everyone is always very friendly. They have a bar to sitat around the roaster and other wooden tables for seating. It’s worth the stop to grab some coffee and something sweet. I say Go! Do it! Now!
