History

Established in 2002.

In November, 2002, Dave and Meg Galioto opened their second restaurant, Galioto’s Vintage Grille. Their previous restaurant, Pastimes, in Thiensville, WI, (1988 – 2002), was housed in an old victorian building, had inadequate parking and was a leased property. The Galioto’s searched for two years for a property to purchase before finding their current location which has handicapped access, plenty of parking and a large banquet room. Galioto’s Vintage Grille opened to a full house in November 2002 after five months of remodeling. Recently, the Galioto’s have begun more remodeling, changed their logo and name to Galioto’s Twelve21 to reflect their upscale/casual atmosphere, and have added a happy hour, small plates menu, Specialty martini menu and new entrée, appetizer, sandwich and salad items. To stay fresh and competitive in this business, Meg says, «you have to reinvent yourself every few years». Look for many more exciting changes in the future.
