Customer service again takes the day. Came in for a new Bluetooth headset and they were understaffed so I had to wait but this time it was worth the wait. Jonathan came over and apologized as one colleague of his called out sick. We discussed the Bluetooth world today and suggested a Motorola over my favoured Jawbone headset, only to discover he was out of stock. Jawbone it was, but I’ll definitely come back to discuss new accessory purchases with him. Great experience.
