Placed an order with them through
[funny go read my review there and read the follow up reviews by them with their address 4 REVIEWS with the same name LOL] so i placed an order with BND 03÷11÷13 costing me 261.75USD it never arrived, waited a week, and found out they shipped my Order to Texas, i’m in Florida, they refused to reship my order and held me up for another week, finally refunding my money on 3÷25÷13, here is the kicker
when dealing with them they avoided my email and calls, when i did get them on the phone i was hung up on twice, literally the phone was slammed in my ear first by a female the second time by a male, this is a family business, at the time they were stationed in N.J. giving me a bad taste in my mouth for people who live or are from there. when i did talk to them they were rude and dismissive, finally breaching our contract and agreement
the reason they refused to re ship the item was they had a setting on their shipping and it was set at 19.95USD but they wanted 125.00USD after shipping the order to the wrong state they attempted to extort another 105USD from me in order to make good on an order they promised to make, they reneged because they made a mistake, putting my fish and breeding program in jeopardy, i will never order from them again and warn you agents this also.
