Pump It Up

Hi,
I’ve done so many parties at the Pump it Up in Plainview NY. Everyone at that place were awesome. The Plainview location was clean, staff were great, the place was huge. they had comfortable enviroment. I give them 5 stars. Now the Cedarhurst, NY location. I couldn’t be any more unhappy. The place was dirty, smelly, the staff was not as helpful… oh and forgot to mention the place had no heat. I did the party here because it was closer to my home in Long Beach, NY. I will NEVER do another party at this location. I would rather Drive to the plainview location and book as many parties then to go to this location again. Oh and fogot to mentioned the Manager Theresa never mailed me out the invitations on time. The invitation were send 7 days before the party and a monday that the post office was closed. …so 6 days to send them out and hope that everyone gets them on time. only 2 families show. My son was so sad over the show of people. Poor management. Never again !!

I went here as an adult guest for a children’s birthday party. I found that the staff was every bit friendly and extremely attentive to the children as well as the adults playing on the inflatables. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a children’s party. It is enjoyable for both children and adults. Definitely a great place and overall wonderful service.

I give this place two stars only because of the staff that work with the kids are great at what they do. They are more professional then the owner who I’ve come to know is just a irrational corrupt Mean spirited person. My advise to anyone who is thinking of taking their kids to this place is watch out for the inflatable slide I don’t know how many times I have seen kids Scrape their elbows going down. Also if your planning to leave a tip I know for a fact that the owner keeps it for herself (tip the staff individual cause other wise they won’t receive a penny). The owners business practice’s are less then kosher she doesn’t record all sales transactions to avoid paying a higher franchise fee.
