The absolute worst service department. Sit on hold for 13 minutes. Sent to voicemail. Call never returned. Call again. On hold for 14 minutes. I’m sure another dealership wants my business. Sad as I used to get really good service from a staff that cared. The lady that drives the courtesy van was awesome and seemed very concerned. She should run the service department!

After having my van for 8 ½ hours today, not calling to give me a status update and having my phone calls to the service center unanswered, I picked up a van that had not been worked on at ALL. The service center agent told me that morning that they may need to keep it for more than one day to determine the problem. I explained that it was a vanpool van and the members of the vanpool did not have alternate transportation home. If the service agent determined it would need more time, I asked him to call me because I would have to reschedule the appt. He didn’t call. When I returned to pick it up, he told me they ran diagnostics and they couldn’t find the issue; I didn’t get a copy of the diagnostics they ‘ran’. He did not charge me because I don’t think they did any work. If servicing at the dealership were not mandated by the vanpool agency, I would not take it back to this service center. Oh ya, to put a cherry on top, I received an automated email notifying me that my appointment was completed. They’re right, the appointment was completed but not the service!

The worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. $ 60k truck. Any appointment is three weeks out if you can get them to answer the phone at all. Performed thousands in work that didn’t fix the problem and wanted thousands more for the next guess (steering pulling right). Turned out to be a simple tire issue, found by a teenage kid at a tire shop.
I used to be in engineering at Dodge… this dealership is an embarrassment to American business. If it were one issue or two, perhaps you shrug it off. But they are the only dealer in town so I’ve had to deal with them for years. It’s always the same horrible customer service followed up with dozens of automated spam calls trying to get you to come back in for oil changes Etc.
Worst. Dealership. Ever.

BAIT AND SWITCH AT AUTONATION DODGE. I had a coupon for 4 free oil changes when I purchased a very expensive car from AutoNation. According to specs, my car get’s one oil change per year. The coupon and the sales people never communicated it expired, so every year I brought my car in. The third time, they tell me they are not going to honor the coupon, not at the time of check in but when they had my car for an hour. I said no, that is not what was offered. I called the service manager don or? and explain to him in his voice mail to please send me my signature showing that the coupon expired, emails or a letter or come up with a solution… he doesn’t even call back and when they told me my car was going to be ready, they hadn’t even started on it because don or? said not to. Hear I am working without a car thinking they are changing the oil and they were not. The service manager never called me back and when I called him his arrogance was astonishing. Took no accountability and didn’t even try to fix the problem, but basically told me to pack sand. And I’m sitting there thinking I own 5 vehicles and at every dealer including the Italian dealer they have the courtesy to return calls and try to fix the problem and not be rude or at least try to keep business. Do yourself a favor, don’t use automation dodge… they are busy seeing how many customers they turn away…

For towing a horse trailer, there is no better engine than the Cummins diesel and Ram was my only choice. Steve Mehrian was a wonderful salesman. This was our second truck that we bought from him. He worked hard to get me the truck I wanted… and I love it! Thanks Steve… hope I don’t see you again for 400,000 miles

Being a car guy I’m very reluctant to let dealerships work on me vehicles. This experience was yet again proof as to why. A check engine light was the cause for this trip. As the car is still under factory warranty we chose to bring it to the dealer to have it checked out. My wife brought the car in on a Friday when the light came on. She waited approximately 20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged her. After checking the code for the check engine light and scheduling an appointment for the upcoming Monday, the service advisor cleared the code… Thus turning off the check engine light. When the appointment came Monday we were advised they couldn’t diagnose the code because it wasn’t stored in the cars’ computer and the light wasn’t on… Why clear the code to begin with knowing the car was coming in after the weekend for a diagnostic… A very heated discussion about the situation and the belittling of the service advisor led me to call the GM to file a complaint. Not expecting anything out of it, just for informative purposes. It has been 4 days now and he has yet to return my phone call. As an active member of several Mopar Clubs I will actively deter anyone from using this dealership, specifically their service department.

One of my most frustrating experiences. Especially since I used to work at AutoNation almost 20 years ago and know what we went through to maintain customer service.
Brought the vehicle in on Friday morning at 8 a.m. Truck wasn’t touched until late Tuesday afternoon, which forced me to resort to a rental. Was told the part needed was «back ordered» so it might not be done until later Wednesday. Not sure why a strut wouldn’t be one of the most available parts, but the story was indicative of my service from the get go.
Get a call late Wednesday telling my vehicle was ready for pickup. Don’t get there until late morning the next day and sit around for another 30 minutes because they can’t find my vehicle, which was returned dirty.
While waiting, the service manager stopped to ask about my service experience. After hearing my story, he offers to pay my rental car bill to make up for everything. Which I would have considered what was needed to make it right. He takes my rental receipt and then nothing… No reimbursement, no contact, no nothing.
Nothing I despise more than a person who doesn’t do what they say they will. Nothing.
I find it ironic that when I went shopping for the specific truck, I first went to this dealership who said they didn’t have what I wanted, so I went to the Littleton branch, who had what I wanted, but had to bring it in from where? You guessed it. The Arapahoe Store. This location obviously struggles on several levels.
Stay away. Save yourself the headache.

I went here on a Friday night it was pretty late, like 7pm… of course nobody wanted to help us at first but after walking around for 10 mins Huebert was very helpful, answered my questions and took me on a Test drive. They didn’t have the car I wanted so he said he would look around and call me and like most sales people they cal you constantly and he hasn’t which is nice! My reason for 4 stars is the lack of used inventory.

I normally get poor to average service but I had a good buying experience so I keep going back.
I recently called to make an appointment for recall fix. They told me that they don’t make appointments for those: I just needed to walk in. I did that last Wednesday. I was told the they had the part but I needed an appointment. Thinking that I must have misunderstood them the first time I made an appointment and showed up for it today. I was told that they were out of the part and that I did not need an appointment. On the way out an employee who overheard that, said that they always require appointments.
I got home and called Chrysler customer service. They told me that the dealership did have the part in and they did not know what was going on there. They got me an appointment at the Dodge dealer on Broadway, and they installed the part in ten minutes.
The lessons learned are that when they start to sound crazy, they usually are.
That Chrysler customer service is first rate.
That If at first you don’t succeed then call another dealer.
I hope y’all avoid my experiences.

Service department is the worst I have ever been to in my life! Wait time was several hours over what I was told! There techs and manager were rude and seemed like me being there was an Inconvenience to them. Their were charges on my bill listed at MISC. when I asked what misc charge was they stated miscellaneous charge?! The the heck is that? Also my car came back with a broke part in it I also was told something was completed on my car when it really wasn’t. It later came out that they didn’t do what they stated. I have no trust in this location! Be prepared to wait long times over pay for service and be lied to! You have been warned go somewhere else!

Made an appointment to have something checked out on my car. I arrived an hour early to get the oil change done since oil change is first come first serve. My car sat around for four hours with no update, I walked to the bay to see it was Finally in the dock to get the oil change. (Obviously not first come first serve since people came and left, one after one, who came in after me.)
I had asked them to look at a minor annoying sensor glitch and they assured me they would, and did when I finally got an update after six hours. When they told me they were FINALLY going to look at/​check out the original problem I came in for, which I had scheduled an appointment for mind you, which they ignored.
8 hours later and it’s all done and I’m hit with an over 300 $ fee. And that doesn’t include fixing the problem I first came in for, the part they replaced on my car is at the most 137 $ at other locations, it was over 250 $ from them.(even molar doesn’t state it costing that much) The original scheduled problem is going to cost me half a grand, when they can schedule it. I waited around two weeks the first time to get an appointment. So.
They are all very friendly, but they have no time management skills once they have your car.

I had just had my car transported from DC to DEN and when it arrived I of course looked it over for cosmetic damage. None. Perfect, signed off and that was that. Until the next day when I went to drive it and it sounded like my front wheels were going to fall off. I called my husband who was away on business and let me know that I only had 24 hrs to file a claim after I had signed for it and it had to include the statement for repair (yes, I am that wife that makes her husband call about that kind of stuff). Great, that meant I had about 5 hours.
I drove straight to AutoNation Dodge (looking them up on Unilocal of course). They were completely packed and said they didn’t even get all the cars from the day before done and wouldn’t be able to look at my car for over a week. I explained my situation and was directed to Brad who was AMAZING. He said what I was describing sounded like a rock which isn’t uncommon when you transport a car. He agreed to take a little ride with me to see what he could hear. We didn’t get out of the parking lot before he told me that it was a serious and I shouldn’t be driving the car. Brad got it up on the lift and fixed within 3 hours. Turns out it wasn’t quite as serious as it sounded, a broken piece on the sway bar that they fixed for free!
I was also notified that there was a recall on my alternator so I have an appointment next week to have that replaced and an oil change. This is by far the longest review I have ever posted but I am just SO grateful that because of Brad and AutoNation Dodge, I have a usable car while I am in a new city by myself. So Grateful!

I bought my truck from this dealership which was not a wholly bad experience (except for the fact they tried to sell me a truck without federally mandated emissions equipment then tried to pass it off as no big deal) but this review is mainly focused on their service department.
I made an appointment to get the oil changed on my truck (only because they gave me free oil changes when I bought it). When I arrived at the dealership they had my appointment and were checking my truck when I asked «How long for the wait?» The guy walked to the oil change desk then came back and said 2 ½ to 3 hrs!
I was floored and asked «Why so long?» I was told «oil changes are first come first served.» I explained I had an appointment and the service advisor just shrugged and said «You can’t make appointments for oil changes.» This was news to me as I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS EXACT SERVICE!
Long story short I left and went to the Autonation Nissan dealership on 104^th where they made an appointment and serviced my truck the next Monday, no problem, short wait.
These guys are jokers. Stay away if you can.

I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 from Autonation on Arapahoe road. First of all, I hate buying a car and pushy salesmen. I was greeted by Mark Barrera, a rookie of only 3 months. Finally a sales person who just listens and then tries to match you up with the car you want. I was buying a truck for my business and I wanted a really good price on a hailed damaged truck. Mark made it happen. I have bought 5 cars in my lifetime and this was by FAR my best purchase experience. Thanks Mark, I wish more car salesmen would take your approach.

Skip the Express oil change if you can. I was told it would be about an hour. 3 hours and 15 minutes later it’s done. And I was sitting in the waiting room and instead of coming the 20 feet to meet me they just called me to tell me the car was done. Not only that but they didn’t bother to tell me my air filter needs attention.

Dan Turner, service manager, is the best there is in his field. Customer service, top notch care. His staff Brad is equally helpful and courteous. Right off the bat they inform me of their shuttle service (10 mile range), which other dealerships would reluctantly or never disclose. Dan takes care of problems with a positive attitude and made us felt at home.
Karen, the shuttle driver, is equally friendly and happy with helping customers get to and from their homes.
Caveat: I didn’t buy a car here so my review does not apply to their sales department.

This review is for Autonation Nissan, and Autonation Dodge.
First, I call up to Autonation Dodge about a week ago, and speak to somebody, who tells me they couldn’t get me in for a week, until today. Annoyed, I still have them set the appointment.
Today, I am rushing in, and I come upon Autonation. Nissan. I don’t realize this is not the same as Autonation Dodge, and I pull in to the service area. The guy taking my information is very thorough, but neglects to tell me WE DON“T WORK ON DODGES HERE! Wouldn’t that have been a good thing to remind a customer, ie: You’re at the wrong building?
Yeah, that was my fault, but still they should have told me something.
After several phone calls back and forth, voicemails, and dropped calls, finally I get someone to take it down the street to the Dodge dealership.
The Dodge dealership calls me back once they get the car, and tells me they did not actually have an appointment for me, and wouldn’t be able to get to me now for TWO WEEKS. So, the guy I talked to originally, a week ago, obviously was blowing smoke, and didn’t actually enter an appointment for me.
Just a bad experience. My first time at Autonation, and now the last. I hope I can sway you, too. Big faceless corporation. You don’t matter.
UPDATE: I went to Cherry Creek Dodge later that evening, and they got me in the next morning. +1

I was dropping off the GSA Dodge Caravan 2011 last week on Wednesday. I had to walk up to one of the service advisors and ask them to help me. After talking to two different advisors they adgreed to help me. I was there for a recall. They told me, it will be done by this afternoon. Fast Forward two days to Friday. I haven’t heard anything from the dealership. I gave a call, the advisors just passed the buck and would not answer if my van was done or not. They could not find my van. They say they could only find out if they have the van by the VIN number. I desicided to drive down there. After arriving at the dealership. I was met by yet another advisor, who claimed that he just got the van into and out of the bay to do the required repair. He Said that he only got the van this morning. «Man we were busy for the last two days.» Then you should not of taken the van.

Bought a new Ram 2500 truck. Cody & Bill were willing to work with me to sell the truck at a fair price with the options I needed.

Didn’t buy a car here but the selection is about as exciting as the salesman’s personality! We called ahead of time and showed up to see the vehicle. The guy didn’t even shake. Didn’t ask us a question. Took it for a test drive and all he could say was that they were having a big sale at the Pepsi center soon. With the unemployment rate so high, why can’t they find better salesmen?! Oy! (9-​8-​2013)
One day after my review of our experience at Auto nation, my GF gets a call from the General Manager… keep in mind, I didn’t list the name of the employee that we worked with nor did I list any firm details of our visit as I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble. The general manager took my Unilocal picture around until he found the salesman that recognized me, called my GF and explained the company expectations as well as, if we’d like to revisit, he’d have some selected to work with us that would take exemplary care of us. We haven’t been back but after that call we plan too. I will surely update my review to how our experience was. So far, I’m impressed. (9-​9-​2013)
