When Kevin showed up 2 ½ hours late (with no phone call to tell me he was going to be late) his first visit I should have known there would be problems. Because he came late, he could not complete the list of things needed. So he came back the next day (charging by the hour) and then did not complete all the items on the list again because he needed to go somewhere. He also left behind a garbage bag worth (but not in the garbage bag I had to pick it all up) worth of electrical wires on my patio. He then gave me a verbal quote for the rest of the list so I had an idea how much it would run when he came back. He then had to cancel the next two appointments due to truck failure. I then decided I better ask for a firm estimate. The firm estimate came back 4 x higher than what we discussed verbally. It was obvious he either wanted to take advantage of the situation or did not want to return to do the work. He wasted over two weeks of my time, when I could have called someone else to do the work in a timely manner. Not only that, but much of what he learned while being here was previously paid for and now I need to pay another electrician to do what he had already figured out. Very disappointing. I do not recommend his services!
