No. No. No. Do not go here. VERY BAD REPAIR service. I went in to have my miele vacuum repaired because the on and off switch seemed to not be working (it would take MANY taps to get it to go on.) First I was told of the $ 150 deposit — that goes towards the repair. Fine. They didn’t know if it was under warranty or not, and didn’t know what the problem could be, so they couldn’t guesstimate… which was fine. I left the deposit… .waited 2 weeks (!) and I got it back, paid an additional $ 200+) Took it home (should have checked it before I left) and still did not work… took it back… said they tried everything, replaced everything… .but could not fix. (waited another 2 weeks and had to call to get this info)
Says my miele vacuum warranty was void because I used bags I used from another Miele authorized dealer! (Continued to bad mouth the other dealer). The on and off issue continues… .and today, the MOTOR gave out! So now I have to wait and find out why they didn’t check this when I told them I wasn’t sure it was the on off button, or the motor because sometimes the machine loses power when it is running… I would RUN as far away from this place that I could. I am waiting on a reply about a refund because I really do not want to deal with them again… .miele should not be with them.

Run from this company. We took in a Hoover for service under the warranty. Hoover vac was losing power or quiting on us. My husband put in new filters and used his air compressor to clear any issues to try to get it to work. Hoover gave us Centennial Vacuum’s name as an approved repair shop for warranty work. We were told the average service time was 7 – 10 days. After 2 weeks I called and was told I’d get a call back. Called again a couple days later and got same response. On third call I was told warranty work took 6 – 8 weeks. After 6 weeks we received a call telling us the problem was a dirty filter and clog. They told us this was not covered under the warranty and there was a $ 45 charge to get the vacuum back.
My husband called Hoover and told them what happened. They told us the problem we were experiencing was not caused by a clog (it was not as the machine was thoroughly cleaned before we took it in). Hoover said that parts should have been ordered as their engineers had made some changes to a design flaw in the model we had. When Hoover tried to reach Centennial Vacuum the phone was not answered and their email was full.
Hoover told us that they would deal with Centennial Vacuum. Hoover said they would send us a new vacuum. Hopefully Centennial Vacuum will be removed from the approved service list.
Centennial Vacuum is more interested in trying to upsell customers to a new very pricey vacuum instead of dealing with repairs.
Hoover was very responsive to our issue and we’re very happy to be dealing with such a good company.

I wish I had read the reviews here before heading over to Centennial Appliance. I sat in 45 minutes of traffic and schlepped my espresso machine in only to be told that «with the amount of plumbing in these machines, it will be a $ 300 diagnostic fee.» Reading the previous reviews, I can see that the «diagnostic» price has gone up, which is odd since they are being reviewed so negatively for their espresso machine repairs. I said «no thanks» since I can go to an actual Saeco authorized repair shop for that amount, and could replace the machine for double that (and that quote was simply to diagnose the problems, even though I already told the gentleman who provided this quote exactly what it was doing wrong). I went to them because they come up at the top of a google search for «Saeco repair Denver» and have this well-​written section on their website touting how they can repair an array of problems (two of the listed problems were happening with my machine) and how their technicians can provide an accurate quote, etc. Website sold me, business practices did not. The guy who provided the outrageous quote didn’t seem particularly knowledgeable about my specific machine, he just wanted me to leave it for a crazy high price to be «diagnosed.» If you want an espresso machine repaired here, don’t bother. Don’t know about the vacuum side of things. One positive, he did offer to carry it back out to my car for me.

Unethical in the worst way. Very shady practices with ownership that made insulting comments to my wife. To say ‘I hate you as much as I do my wife’ is unacceptable. She brought out Gaggia Baby Class espresso machine in for service on a cracked broiler that we knew cost $ 150-​$ 200 to replace with labor. They charged her $ 130 just to ‘look’ at it and took a month to contact her with a ‘diagnosis’. They wanted over $ 315 to fix it and I bought the machine for $ 330 brand new. Their model seems to be that they give you an outrageous repair quote in the hope that you will tell them to keep it. They then try to sell you a new model or a refurbished model that probably resulted of their shady business model. I showed up to get details on the repairs and work done and they said ‘we don’t keep those on record, only on service ‘cards’. I asked for the card and nobody could produce it. They could not tell me what was wrong with the machine but they gave my wife a $ 315 quote to fix it. They refused to refund the $ 130 dollars and I would not want to use it toward purchasing anything else from such an unethical business.

Brought our eureka vacuum cleaner for a cord replacement. Store was clean and friendly! Honest and trustworthy!

Brought in my kitchen-​aid that was a gift and it’s making a grinding noise. I use this machine to bake and make cupcakes. The store was clean organized and the staff was helpful. The artisan mixer started to slow down when I make my big batches of cup cakes!

Not an honest place, at all. I brought in my automatic espresso machine because it had not survived a move in freezing weather. They charged me $ 235 just to look at it. I should have been on guard when the woman at the desk immediately started talking up how expensive these machines were to repair, and immediately concluded that the problem was the pump (one of the more expensive parts).
I left it with them anyway. They sat on it for two weeks before calling back and telling me that the parts would be $ 500 and the labor another $ 300, *after* crediting the $ 235 I’d already paid. Even after offering me a token first-​time customer discount, the cost of the repair was more than the cost of a factory refurb with a warranty, and ²⁄₃ the cost of a completely new machine. The tech I talked to on the phone blamed this on the parts supplier, which is the single source for the whole US for this brand.
I cut my losses, refused, and picked up the machine. At this point the machine was out of warranty and, as far as I had been told, effectively totaled, so I had nothing to lose by opening it up myself and trying to figure it out.
First thing I noticed was, there was no evidence the machine had been opened at all while it was in the shop. If you’ve never seen inside one of these machines, well, I’m sure the clean cycle keeps the parts that touch your coffee shiny, but the rest of the inside gets to be a horror show in ways you could not help but disturb if you were doing any work inside it.
Second, I pretty immediately noticed the problems: the remnant water in the system had frozen, cracking a teflon coupling and detaching a connector from the end of a pressure hose. The tech at Centennial was honest about one thing: there’s one source of parts for these machines in the entire country, and they’re online. Total parts cost: $ 45, which felt like a lot for a little hose and coupler, but WAY less I’d been led to believe. Once I had the parts the machine was up and running in under an hour including the cleaning cycle and a generous scrubbing of the inner surfaces (ick).
And that’s as somebody who’d never even seen the inside of one of these things before.
So even if I value my time really generously, Centennial took me for twice the actual costs to fix the machine just to not look at it, and they *wanted* to charge me ten times that. The $ 235 «diagnostic fee» would have been more than fair compensation for the entire job.
Seriously, go someplace else.

My Dyson DC41 stopped spinning the roller came in and Baxter helped check me in they replaced my head with a new one and got my Dyson vacuum cleaner working again.

Small, quiet shop in a strip mall. I see a lot of very negative reviews for this dealer and can only say I had no problem with my warranty repair except for the long delay in getting the vacuum back.
That however had nothing to do with these folks and everything to do with the part on backorder with Hoover.

Avoid this place at all costs. Shady, shady, shady.
My wife brought our espresso machine in for repairs. TWELVE weeks later we finally got it back with repair costs 1.25X the price of a new machine. Kal, the owner, tried to have his lackey double-​charge me when I picked it up… ridiculous.
Rude, unethical, slimy. Stay away.

Save yourself from a big problem, aggravation, and being overcharged. This business is not run like a regular business. You will be trapped. Notice that the positive reviews for this business and the sister business sound fake – some are written by people with out-​of-​state addresses (friends?). I agree with Cindy J and Josh S. Stay away!

Agree with Josh S. Stay away from this place, he is dishonest. They did repair my vacuum, but charged me a $ 40 fee up front, even though it was under 100% warranty. Sneaky, says it covers his labor, the manufacturer pays for their labor. Go to Best Vacuum at 5270 e. Arapahoe, great service and honest.

Awful experience with this place. Brought in two espresso makers for repair. Owner charged initial $ 360 diagnostic fee that was non-​refundable, but credited against cost of eventual repairs. Figured that was no big deal because similar repairs by specialty espresso shops (
and a Gaggia regional center) were $ 150 per machine. Three weeks later, Centennial demanded an additional $ 435 for repairs. To avoid losing our initial $ 360 diagnositic fee, I approved it. After a total of seven weeks — a ridiculous amount of time — the repairs were finally done. The owner, however, refused to give me a list of parts he replaced and/​or repaired. The owner was very confrontational. I would never trust anything else to Centennial Appliance.

Avoid this place. The guy is a sleezeball. I’ll save you the details of my experience, but suffice it to say that he took my money, did not repair my vacuum, and refused to refund the money.
If you don’t believe me, judge for yourself when you talk to him. Whatever you say, he will try and sell you a $ 700 vacuum.

Do your homework before using this store. I got totally gouged on vacuum cleaner bags at this store. They are big on upsale so watch out! And, of course, there are no refunds.
