Cutting Edge Storage

I have been using Cutting Edge Storage for years now. I am happy for so many reasons. The cleanliness trumps any other place in town. While prices go up semiannually it has still been completely worth every cent. It’s safe, secure, as a single female who needs to be there late I’ve never once felt unsafe. I’ll probably never use another storage facility.

I love this facility! Always clean and accessible.

This husband/​wife combo is as good as it gets when it comes to running a business! They are honest and fair! If there is an issue, they always will lean on the side that benefits the customer the most! The «check engine» light came on right before I rented the 17′ truck that I had reserved. In an effort to take care of me they gave me the 20′ truck for the same price! Now that my friends, is something to Unilocal about!

Overall, a great facility to store your items at! Highly recommended.
We were moving across country and needed a place to store our items for five months. I visited A LOT of storage facilities in the area. A lot of them were dark and creepy. Some had the weird wind-​up timed lights that audibly clicked. There were some where the storage buildings weren’t gated. A lot of the facilities weren’t climate controlled either (very important when storing electronics). The customer service I encountered at these places was hit or miss. I felt like these were the storage facilities you would see on Storage Wars: Denver… I also had to take into consideration that a professional moving (semi) truck would need to access the facility. Many of the facilities in the area could not accommodate a large semi truck easily.
Then I found Cutting Edge. I followed the sign off the road and came up on a very clean looking facility. I walked in and I was given a tour by the daughter. A family runs it and the husband, wife and daughter all work there. She took me to multiple units to help me figure out what size I would need. She took me back to the office and gave me written quotes for all the sizes. When I returned, Dawn (the mom) helped me with all the paperwork. At the time, they were running a promotion for the 1^st month free. I paid $ 10 for the lock to secure the unit.
So a few things I liked…
— The locks they use are not a standard disc lock that can be cut off. They are cylinder locks — very secure!
— All the lights are on sensors. They click on when you enter the hallway but turn off after a period of time with no movement to save energy. The lights are also very bright! No dark and dingy hallways here!
— The grounds are gated — with key pad access. Each renter has their own unique gate code.
— The grounds are also monitored/​video recorded. The managers also live above the rental office so there is always someone around.
— Customer service is great. They always said hello when they saw me. Very friendly people.
I was really impressed with how clean the facility was. It was very easy to move all our items in (nice, wide hallways). They had furniture dollies and hand trucks for use. They also have a Keurig in the office area if you need a nice hot cup of coffee. If you are looking for a long or short term storage solution, I would highly recommend Cutting Edge!

NOTE: We only rented a U-​Haul, we did not use the storage services.
The boyfriend and I were moving and this place was listed as a U-​Haul rental place so we decided to stop by.
We were both absolutely blown away by the level of service we got. We had just stopped at Budget Rentals and were really disappointed so the staff at Cutting Edge was a pleasant surprise.
The husband and wife that were working were fair, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office was clean and organized.
I DEFINITELY recommend this place for anyone who needs to rent a U-​Haul or use their storage services.

I have been involved with many storage facilities over the years. I must admit that Cutting Edge is simply the best! I got a great rate by paying for my unit a year in advance! It’s always clean and very well lit. There are also free dollys for the customers to use and their elevators make getting to the 2^nd floor very easy. Staff are of the most accommodating I’ve ever delt with l, they live on site so I feel like my stuff is secure!

Most amazing storage place ever! I just moved here and I was in and out of the office in under 20 minutes with a great, clean, secure storage unit at an unbelievable price. It has truly beaten any other storage supplier I’ve ever had.
No catches, No hidden fees. Completely straight forward.

The service is outstanding. The facilities inside and out are exceptionally clean. The facilities are very secure and I would recommend this business to everyone looking to rent a U Haul or a storage area.
