Excellent service and great prices. I came in to check out a flat tire. They did the work fast, patched it thoroughly (vs force a new tire on me).

After taking 3 different cars to this goodyear, I am moving on. I have tried 3 different times in 3 weeks to get an appointment and they can never accomodate, unless I want to drop my car off at 7AM and pick up after 6PM. Always blaming the issue on being short staffed. I called right down the street to Firestone and got my oil changed in an hour.

My first time going to this store, and I definitely won’t be going back. I took my 2014 Ram Laramie here, and received a mystery stain on one of my leather seats. They told me that it couldn’t have occurred there, and didn’t even bother to ask the tech who worked on my truck about it. I am so particular about this truck… and every time I get into it now and see the stain, it breaks my heart.
This might be a rare occurrence, in fact it probably is, but I’m telling you what happened to me at this shop. They have at least one careless tech working in the back. I don’t think they handled the situation very well either.

I woke up with 2 flat tires this morning.
These guys had me road-​worthy in about an hour, and without any of the pushy sales pitches that I’m used to in other places. The price was fair and everyone was very pleasant. I’ll be back here.

Very nice and efficient shop. Did the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Did not try to up sell me on repairs, but check on a concerns I had. Will see them again.

I’ve been going to this Goodyear for many years, and Russ (the manager) and his crew are awesome. They are kind, polite and helpful.
I am 100% confident that they will take care of my car like it’s their own, and at very fair prices. Plus, they price match, so even if you have found another price elsewhere… you can still have the work done by this trusted crew!

I agree with the reviews by Mike F and Bob L. I’ve used this shop for a few years and they’ve worked on a few different cars for me. I was originally pleasantly surprised by the shop, their service and affordability. Over the last year they have slipped and I attribute it to the bearded guy at the counter (name omitted intentionally) who approaches business like it’s a privileged to work with them and they’re the only shop in town.
The last couple of times they’ve worked on my cars I’ve come away feeling screwed. Charging excessive prices on parts and labor. I won’t be back. It’s a shame because they had earned my trust and my business and now they’ve lost ti.

We have taken many vehicles to this location. I highly recommend it. They are fast and really nice. In fact, they did my last service for free. No more tire rod issues here :) thanks Russ.

I have had them service 3 cars for me, ranging from crappy ol POS to pretty new. They are very diligent, professional and competent. I have had them repair mistakes made by other shops, and solve the mystery problem that others missed.
Scheduling is fairly easy, and they are always willing to discuss the issue by phone, where some other shops demand you «bring it in» every time.
The location is convenient overall. They do good work, quickly and for a fair price.

My family and I has used this shop numerous times over the years for various things. It has been fine and I really haven’t had any complaints until now.
I brought my vehicle in for some fairly expensive work and a day after I got it back, I did a thorough detailing. When you detail the car you notice every last thing. I opened the hood and to my disappointment, the plastic on the intake was all scratched up. Not just little scuffs, but actual scratches you can feel into the plastic. The car works fine, but it is obvious that someone took it off and threw it on the ground.
Honesty is a big deal to me. This shop has treated me well in the past, but the fact that they didn’t mention or say anything about this is a big deal. If they aren’t going to be honest about something like this, how do I know I can trust them in the future? This damages their credibility to me and for that reason, I cannot recommend them.

We started taking our vehicles here when we moved to the Denver Metro area in 2007. Rusty and Joey are usually the ones we deal with at the front desk. Both are professional, friendly, and helpful. We have never had anything go wrong. The service and work they have done on our vehicles have always been excellent. They make it their priority to have our best interests at heart, and are always honest and trustworthy.

My car wouldn’t start after coming out of a business close to this Goodyear store. It finally started, so I took it to them to see what the issue was. A young man, Brett Bennett, was extremely helpful, showed me that my battery terminals were very corroded, then he cleaned them as best as he could so I could at least limp home. He said to bring it in the next day & they would fix it permanently. And he didn’t charge me a single penny! Of course I gave him a $ 20 as a thanks for being so helpful.
Next day I go in & am greeted by an absolute tool at the counter. Every time I tried to explain why I was there, he interrupted me. After numerous attempts to communicate to this neanderthal, I asked him to call in Brett. Again, Brett was extremely helpful, even while the bozo at the counter continued to be rude & obnoxious.
To the red headed & bearded idiot at the counter, you said you’d been doing this for 30 years, as if to try to impress me, or to cover up your incompetence. Whichever, it was your incompetence that truly shined through. And no, I won’t be coming back, & I truly hope Brett finds another place to work as I’m certain you treat him just like you treated this customer — horribly rude & disrespectful.

I started taking my car here because it was convenient to my work. I keep taking my car here because they do a good job and are completely reliable.
They don’t tell you a bunch of stuff is wrong with your car when it’s not. They fix what’s broken, and that’s it. If something is about to break, they’ll let you know. As a woman that doesn’t know much about cars, I don’t feel like they try to take advantage of me.
The manager Russ is a good, decent and honest guy. He works hard and keeps the place running.
I would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a place to get new tires, oil change, work done on their car, or all of the above.
