This location looks like it is a new H&R block location and I was willing to give them a try. The place looks brand new on the inside. Nice looking place. Unfortunately, new = inexperienced.
Basically, I never got to see a tax consultant.
I booked my appointment online, then the appointment was moved to later in the day and I was ok with that. Then they moved my appointment a second time to Sunday and didn’t confirm with me. When I got to the office at my scheduled date and time, the tax advisor wasn’t there for our meeting. The front office suggested that I drop off all of my tax documents (??) which I found very strange since I have not worked with them in the past.
So, my experience wasn’t good. Hope they get this figured out since the location is conveniently located. They need to understand that the customer’s time is at least as valuable as theirs.
