Jack’s Window & Carpet Cleaning

Great job cleaning our gutters recently! They also pointed out one of our gutters was pitched the wrong way, hence the mysterious leak in our dining room ceiling.

Mateo and Leland came on time and good things happened to our carpets. Our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 2 years. Our rug is black with dragons. We haven’t seen it’s scales in… forever. This rug is 35 years old. My daughter’s carpet is from 2008. She is an artist. All kinds of paint, makeup and type of pencil has been ground into it. It looks great. I feel Jack’s has provided a great value to us. I kept adding on rooms as I was amazed at how each room turned out. The steamer /​vacuum cleaner apparatus either worked better or was finally used properly. My rugs are almost dry. We will definitely use their service again. Yay!

I am new to the Denver area and for the first time in a long time I’m having to find new everything! I rely on Unilocal and Internet a lot bc I don’t know any companies in the area yet! Jacks has great reviews everywhere. My great experience with Jack’s started on the phone with Mary. She was excited I was a new customer and eager to get me scheduled and taken care of. I got all of the carpet in my house cleaned as well as all of the windows inside and out including the screens. I actually said to my husband «clear as glass». I cannot believe the difference cleaning the windows made. Our family has 3 dogs a cat and a hedgehog so we clean our carpets 2 – 3 times a year and Jacks will be our go-​to carpet cleaner from

I have used Jack’s for years for my windows. They are prompt, efficient, polite, and thorough. This time, I tried their carpet cleaning after using Stanley Steemer for ages. I was really impressed. They were every bit as good for the carpets as they are for the windows. And the carpets were dry in about half the time it usually takes with SS. From now on, I will only use Jack’s.

Richard came to clean our sectional sofa that we bought on Craigslist. He was on time and was very nice and knowledgeable! He said he had worked with Jack for a long time and talked about what wonderful people the owners Jack and his wife are. He stressed the fact that they are still very involved with every aspect of their business, which I truly believe contributed to the great customer service I received! The couch turned out better than I imagined! I am so happy I went with Jacks Windows and Carpet and not the groupon competetor!

We’ve used Jacks for two years and cannot give them a high enough recommendation. They have made carpets look new that we were about to replace. They cleaned a 26 year old bedroom carpet that got use every day – yet it is bright and the nap has been restored. Their prices are very reasonable – Richard even cleaned the floor of my van where I had spilled cups of coffee over the years. It looks new. Try Jacks and you will never use anyone else.

I have used Jack’s for almost 10 years now, and they have always been top notch. They do lots of different services: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc. They have a fair price, they have always been on time, but mostly, their service is great. My carpets look like new now even though I have a puppy who insists on that’s where he needs to relieve himself!

Because I love this company and there are lots and lots of carpet cleaners out there, I’m adding these guys in. My husband and I have used Jack’s for over 5 years now, starting with my divorcee townhome, his house on Lowry, and now our lots-​of-​sq-​footage and high ceilings current residence. It’s a husband and wife company (Jack and Mary) and she’s great on the phone. This year was the first Jack himself didn’t come, but their employees Richard and MJ were «spot» on. With 3 dogs, I feel pretty comfortable using the word spot.
They move the furniture, clean the windows and the carpets and I trust them implicitly. We used one other company one year and weren’t happy with their prices, their customer service, or their actual work. We didn’t need any lightbulbs changed this year on our cathedral ceilings, but they’ve done that for us as well.
