I was interested in her Neuro feedback treatment for my son who was struggling with anger issues, ADD and anxiety. Unfortunately she mislead us on what the insurance would cover. Also her methods were very different. She wanted to meet with the parents only for many sessions before even talking to my son. Her suggestions may have been appropriate for a young child but not one that was ¹⁵⁄₁₆ years old. In the end we stopped going with out her ever really meeting our son. Now we are fighting over the bill because she lead us to believe that my sons insurance (we have different ins then him that does not cover mental health) would cover everything since it was for his benefit. I asked her on several occasions to confirm this and was told each time that it would cover. I was expecting to be billed for the co-​pays not the entire session which amounted to hundreds of dollars over the few sessions we had.
