History

Established in 2004.

MEP Engineering, Inc. is a new generation engineering firm established in 2004 and centrally located in Denver Colorado just north of the thriving Denver Tech Center. The principals Roger Crawford and Tom Lolley have an overall combined 40 years of experience providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design engineering services for clients locally and nationwide. The company has been built on the principle of providing the absolute best customer service to each and every client. Providing multiple engineering disciplines at a single location allows us to maintain an ease of organization and communication on all projects and ultimately simplifying the design process for our clients. Our firm is small enough to provide personal client attention while still large enough to accommodate projects of varying size and complexity and completing them with a high level of quality and efficiency.

Business Owner

As a founding Principal with MEP Engineering, Inc and 30 years of experience in the engineering community Tom brings a high level of quality design as well as a strong desire for building and maintaining long-​term client relationships. This is exemplified through his desire for great customer service, attention to detail, and internal quality control. He has held management positions in engineering, marketing, and business development. His strong background and diverse knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing and fire protection has allowed him the ability to deliver design excellence and added value to client projects with a high level of client satisfaction. Tom performs HVAC/​plumbing/​fire protection engineering services, including production of design development and construction documents, specifications, and system cost analyses. Tom’s involvement in projects begins with the initial kick-​off meeting through construction close-​out.
