The Saint Property Management Team @ Re/​Max Leaders is a full service residential property management group that specializes in property marketing, tenant screening, financial reporting & accounting, property turnovers, rent collection, coordinating property maintenance, and completing evictions.

As a licensed Real Estate Agents & Realtor Josh works with investors and individuals who are looking to purchase or sell residential real estate.

History

Established in 2014.

While new to the RE/​MAX brand, Josh has been managing residential rental properties since 2004. With the experience of managing rental properties for himself and associates, Josh and his wife founded a property management company in 2011. This company grew organically and rapidly through relationships and personal requests to assist with various property management related projects. This company grew to managing 60+ residential properties with Josh responsible for all business aspects including client development, property marketing & maintenance, tenant screening & communication, financial collections and accounting.

Josh joined the RE/​MAX Leaders franchise in January of 2014. At this time he folded his property management company into RE/​MAX and created the «Saint Property Management Team» at RE/​MAX Leaders.

Meet the Manager

Prior to joining RE/​MAX Josh spent over 9 years working with a boutique investment banking firm that specialized in the mortgage and real estate industries. During this time, Josh jointly created and/​or ran several business platforms. From 2009 to 2011 Josh served as the Portfolio Manager for a National Residential Bulk Real Estate Owned («REO») fund that purchased 8 separate bulk residential portfolios averaging 57 properties with a combined average portfolio value of $ 3.1 million. In this role Josh was personally responsible for sourcing portfolios, managing due diligence, portfolio modeling & pricing, purchase & resale closings.

Josh is a licensed Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors. Josh is also a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Josh is a graduate of Colorado State University (B.S. Business Admin w/​concentration in Finance & Real Estate) and CU Denver (MBA).
