Yaaaaaas I love Starbucks. I’m a Starbucks gold card holder and they really do take good care of you. They hire great people always, and no one is ever rude even though sometimes my drink orders are complicated.

This used to be my go to spot for studying. The staff here had always been friendly. It gets pretty busy here and can fill up quick, so those that need a quiet atmosphere, this may not be for you. The staff has always made my orders correctly. What can I say, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. There are only a few that are not doing it right, but this one is great.

Not bad, friendly and fast enough. Even with a drive through.

This is just like any other Starbucks, except that this one does not have a drive-through. The location is convenient: close to I-25 and a lot of offices. Since they are in a strip mall, parking is plentiful. They have around 10 tables inside as well as outdoor seating. Free WiFi is always a plus in my book. The employees are cheerful and provide service with a smile. Highly recommended.

Awesome service, girls are all super sweet and fast with the coffee. It’s a new location so can tell they’re adjusting a little.

Pros: Nice new store, friendly staff, and a drive-thru. Cons: I came in the afternoon when they were not that busy. There was only one car in front of me. It took a long time for them to complete her order. When I pulled up, after a wait, they admitted they had messed up my order. So they had to remake it. It took a fair amount of time. When I received the drink, they didn’t have the regular lids and so I got the bubble lid(small thing, but a bit of a pet peeve of mine). To make matters worse, when I took a sip, they had forgotten to stir the drink, so I got a huge hit of sweetener. I tried to ask the woman at the window a question, but she had already moved on to the next customer on her headset and pretty much ignored me. This was my first visit, and I will definitely try this location again. Hopefully my experience is better then. Note: This location is only convenient if you are traveling westbound. Yes, the bulk of Starbucks business is morning traffic, and that is the prevalent direction for commuters. However, if one is going eastbound it is very awkward to get into, and worse to get out, of when it is time to get back onto the road. — — – UPDATE: I revisited this location in early June. This time I went inside. It was late morning and the place was not that busy. There were several staffers working who appeared to be in high spirits(I think they were giddy from wrapping up the morning rush). My service on this visit was excellent. My drink was assembled quickly and served to me in a cheerful fashion(and it tasted great). The barista was also able to provide some tips on the best way to navigate departing the parking lot to get back on the road in the desired direction. The drink station(napkins, straws, creamer, sugar, etc.) was immaculate. The bathrooms were also pretty close to spotless. I am bumping to 4-stars, and considering my first drive-thru visit to be a fluke(I hope).

This Starbucks has just recently opened and although it is nice to have another drive through option available, the inside service leaves little to be desired. Dropped in for a cup of coffee on a Friday evening and I stood in a non-existent line for five minutes while the«barista» ignored me so he could smooth other the ladies at the end of the bar. I think you can get better service at the Starbuck across the street in the Target.

I have been to this Starbucks about 3 times now and have always used the drive thru. The person that works at the drive thru always seems very unexperienced. They either dont know how to use the register and end up needing help or they dont know how to reload my gold card and they dont say anything and just end up using the cash i gave them to reload my gold card. Other than that the coffee tastes great.

This Starbucks opened just over a week ago, filling the void of coffee shops in this area. Wait a minute, never mind about the void. By my count there are now 4 Starbucks on this intersection: one in the Target across Arapahoe, one in the King Sooppers across Parker Road, one in a strip mall across Parker Road, and now this one. And a fifth right down the road on Peoria, the Dazbog on Parker Road, the Einstein Bros, etc, etc. I believe we have reached max cappuccino capacity. Anyway, this new store is really nice. There is lots of indoor seating with plenty of places to plug in a laptop or phone, outdoor seating, and a drive-through. The coffee is good(standard), and the service is friendly. Update 4÷17÷14: It looks like this Starbucks replaces the old one across Parker Road, which is now closed.

Brand new Starbucks on the corner of Parker and Arapahoe. It’s big and airy and has a drive-through. Lounge/regular seating isn’t as plentiful – what this place has is tons of counter seating. Not much seating for groups of more than two except at the counter island or the trestle table for computers. Careful: sitting at the corners of the trestle table is asking to hit a shin or knee on the table legs, which is a pity – this place is nice, but the little details count.
