History

Established in 1981.

Frank and Michelle Cacciavillani started That Personal Touch Catering in 1981. They started their catering business in the basement of their home waiting tables in their spare time using their tips earned to buy food to serve their catering customers. Their philosophy has always been to take care of their clients, serve high quality food and give them the best service possible. When you put the customer first, success will follow.

Business Owner

Frank and Michelle started That Personal Touch Catering and The Franciscan in 1981. They have now been married for over 43 years! Frank has been working in the food industry most of his life beginning in his hometown of Assisi, Italy. From there he gained culinary experience traveling through Europe and spending time in France, Germany and England. After moving to the United States, he worked as a general manager for 20 years in Country Clubs here in Colorado.
