The Eviction Coordinator

I used this guy and he was nice enough. I told him in the beginning that I would like him to keep me posted on how things were going. He never did. He is very reactive as opposed to proactive. I would give him a day or two and then ask «did the paperwork get filed on time». He would email back and say «yes». I’d give him another day or two and ask for copies of the documents. The lawyer he hires, if needed, is a jerk, enough said. The only time this guy was on top of it was when he tried to schedule getting the keys from my renter. He wants the business of selling or managing the property. He is not really interested in doing a good job coordinating an eviction, waste of money!!! I like people who keep me in the loop and make sure I have all legal documents. Go ahead and use him if you want to be his coordinator.
