Tim Gantz

We picked Tim Gantz Lawn Care in 2014, because he had an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.
This the the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with! Payments were always made on time, yet we continued to get emails that we were delinquent! When we signed up for service, Tim mentioned on the phone that he does business based on a «Gentleman’s Handshake» after we asked if we would be locked into a contract.
The first two weeks, our neighbors yard was mowed instead of ours, then the payments weren’t applied correctly. We called numerous times requesting to speak directly to Tim, but were not able to. Only after sending an email stating I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, did we receive a call from Tim! He assured us that he would fix the billing issues and asked that we do not contact the Better Business Bureau, because he’s a local small business and promised we would never have issues again with billing.
The very next month, we received another email that our payment was not received!!! So many times we wanted to cancel service, but we honored that so called «Gentleman’s Handshake», we did right by Tim Gantz, but payments continued to not be applied. I still have every email and every proof of payment to prove we were never ever delinquent!
Once the year was over, I called and personally spoke to Tim and told he him we will not use his company going forward. This year, I received a letter saying my credit card would be billed monthly for services in 2015! To say my blood was boiling, is putting it mildly! I emailed Tim directly, reminded him of the extremely poor service we received last year and asked that he reply to our email to let us know that he received that email and would remove our contact information. Not only did he not reply, I received two calls from his office asking for my credit card information!!!
After explaining our past issues with the young lady on the phone and told her we will not be using their service, I emailed Tim once again. To this day, he hasn’t replied.
I will never ever recommend Tim Gantz Lawn Care!!!

I seen Tim mowing the neighbors lawn. I walked over to ask him for a quote. He acted as if I was bothering him. Then I told him what I needed done (which was basic simple service didn’t even have to edge with the dates) and he completely ignored what I said. Then he laughed in my face. Now my husband and I have retired from owning a commercial and residential landscape company on the east coast for over 30 years. We have much compassion for landscape owners since we have been there ourselves. I have many colleagues in the business back east and never have dealt with someone so rude as Tim. If he is this rude at the beginning how will he be once service starts. As a professional courtesy, I have recommended many landscape professionals in the past and this is one I will not recommend.
