Ordered prime rib. It had been cooked days before and barely warm when served. My last visit.

Love the 99. But I’m bummed that the Nachos have changed. No more cheese sauce or chili! What?! They used to be my go. come back Nachos!

99 is a chain so you know what you are going to get food and drink wise. Nothing special, but a decent meal at a decent price. The only variable is the customer service aspect. This location generally has very friendly and adequate servers. There is usually a bigger guy who will talk to you regardless of whether or not he is your server and it’s kind of creepy. I tend to get passed this because I do believe that not only does this man really love the 99 and views all of the patrons as his family but also because I assume when he goes home at night he is a lonely cat man who is a misunderstood animal lover. Don’t worry big fella, everything’s gunna be alright.
I do not actually dine in the 99 anymore so my main review is of the curbside pick up. The parking is always open, they are very quick to bring the food out, and always have a smile. My main issue is that 7 out of 9 times they do not bring silverware. Sure I ordered a cheeseburger and fries but that also comes with coleslaw. Nobody really like coleslaw and most times it will just sit there untouched. Although I have no intentions on eating it, I would like to atleast have the option. So last night when I got my order I consumed the burger and the fries and then because I had no silverware I ate the Coleslaw with my hands to make them look like a dick. Jokes on me though, I had coleslaw juice all over my hands, pants, and cell phone from trying to write this review right then.
Put some silverware in the damn bag and for sure I’ll start giving this place 4 stars.

A ninety-​nine restaurant, what can I say. Typical 99. Good food at good prices. Service was prompt enough. Large menu with so many options. Burgers are excellent as are the potato skins. Bruscetta flat bread is awesome. Free popcorn. A little dirty, but acceptable. Great location in a strip mall in Centerville. Large bar area and seating area. Bunch of tvs around restaurant. Great experience at a chain restaurant, very consistent. Would go back and do visit 99s often. Large vegetarian menu section now too.

Took over an hour to get wrong appetizer, then the meal took another 35 minutes. Service sucks. Manager didn’t seem to care. Usually decent, not last night. Time to head for Wimpys in Osterville

Food was as expected but did the job… Waitress (A…) gets the five stars pleasant and not overbearing…

We ordered nachos & buffalo wings. It took 30 mins and the chips were stale and chicken came out without sauce. We had to ask 3 times for the sauce. 90 mins later our check came out. Horrible service and food.

Food is good, like most 99s. Friendly staff with the exception of the manager Clare. Very rude.

Went out to dinner with my girlfriend and her best friend we had great food when it got right finally… are waitress Dani was the worst she was very rood and didn’t use her note pad to get the orders right the first time so mine had to be changed out once my gilfriends order was right on the first time and her best friend it took 4x to get her order right and Dani was rood the whole time at the table till it came down to the check she started to be very nice

Walk in, grab a booth, start with a drink and some free popcorn then begin. I had seafood stuffed mushrooms A+. Sirloin tip, chicken finger combo A. Fries D. And 2 bottled brews w/​a frosty mug A+. Letter grades aside, we witnessed a triple crown winner while we were there and the place erupted. Which was cool. It might be another 40 years before that happens again

Walked out after waiting at the table for 20 minutes and no one even came to greet us. Had been here once before service wasn’t good they messed up my order and the wait staff doesn’t pay attention at all

My first time at a ninety nine, but I was very pleased! I got seasoned salmon on the «Fit for You» menu which is healthier low-​cal options which typically are bland and overall meh, but it was delicious! the atmosphere was fun and casual, and there were so many different options on the menu that I am really looking forward to coming back to try a few more plates.
