Established in 1987.
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC) was founded in 1987 by local business and community leaders to create a regional non-profits arts organization that would support and serve Cape Cod’s artists and cultural organizations. The AFCC has grown and expanded its scope, now serving as the designated regional arts agency for Barnstable County.
