New York State Courts

I worked as a NYS Court Officer in Central Islip, N.Y. until retiring after my sergeant hit and disabled me per all favorable medical and worker agency decision’s. The Courts began to discriminate/​retaliate against me by denying benefits in pay per Agreement. I complained to the phony civil rights agency’s who do not protect white males.
The New York State Division of non white males Human Rights Agency did a poor investigation stating «No Probable Cause». Sergeant hits, disables me, decisions in my favor NY Courts deny me pay and other benefits under the contract. How long do you think the Courts would have taken to pay a female or minority Officer? The Union attorney told the union President that the Courts should reinstate my «Line of Duty» pay but the lying Union President said he would file a grievance but let the time limits expire.
If you do not believe the Courts are above the law I filed a discrimination case against the Courts who fail to appear. The Judge refused to grant me a default judgement but he would have dismissed it if I failed to appear. Would you be able to fail to appear in any Court case, No the Police would pick you up on a warrant.
I fought 4 years to get my pay and benefits but the courts deny, lie and the sergeant committed perjury under oath. I told the Chief Court Officer, who never contacted me. I believe in being my own advocate and complained to many agency’s who do not believe white males can be discriminated against.
The New York Courts committed many more adverse personnel actions against me, which I have proof of in their own words. No one will listen to a white male legitimately complaining of being recklessly hit, disabled at work but no one is accountable.
The NYS Courts denied me 26 year separation pay every Court employee receives. except me but there’s no probable cause, of course not. Despicable corrupt Courts and agency’s in charge of helping victims of assault. There was no mutual combatant situation. The sergeant and I worker well togehter, until he placed me in severe pain with serious physical injuries for the rest of my life.
Most civil servants wait their entire career waiting to retire and collect separation pay that the citizens complain are the reason for high taxes. I received no separation pay and no tax will be increased due to no pay for me or other benefits.
The Courts are above the law and accountable to no one.
