Brazel’s Rv Performance Center

1^st time here. Not sure Ill be back. I Had an electronic break box put into my F150. Allan the service manager? He was a very nice man. The service I got was ok. I have nothing to compare to for the work they’ve done. A few annoyances I guess one could call them.
1) My 1^st appointment I was told it would take an hour or 2. After 4 hours of work I had to leave to pickup my daughter. Was told I could come back tomorrow morning. Then I get a late evening call from Allan (Thought that was pretty nice) Please don’t come in tomorrow morning. We are not open on Saturdays. The major issue after waiting 4 hours? They could not find wires that Ford said were there. I end up going back the following Friday. Ford sent them wiring diagrams of my truck. I was glad it was finished.
2) On the way home on I5 My hood starts bouncing around. Kind freak us out. They didn’t close the hood all the way.
3) Wires under dash dangle to close to the break pedal. I zipped tied them back farther.
4) I notice the rubber firewall plug is out.
5) I now can not get my hood latch to open.
I imagine they’re great most of the time. This job just had to many issue for me to want to go back. I was referred to them from a friend that takes his RV here. But I doubt Ill take my 2011 pickup back.

We had oil change, lube and new shocks put on, had an air leak. had to stay overnight to wait for the part to come in from portland, oregon. fixed next day.
people are great to deal with, had our H3 hummer set up with airforce one breaking system, Brazels was recommended by SMI as the place to have it installed. This was two different visits. We are going back for some more work on a recall and will have a wheel alignment after we get our new tires put on.
They are friendly, courteous and will willingly answer questions and they let me get under the coach when lubrication so I could see it for myself. Great service and the stay in the park was free. They went to the park to work on another coach while we were there. Great people.

We had planned to stay at the RV park on our way up to visit friends on the Olympic Peninsula. I had read some good reviews on the RV Service center so thought it would be a good stop for day 2 on the road as our rig had been sitting for months. Boy am I glad we did! The day before, our rear slide wouldn’t go in, had to do it manually. Then we lost most power. The crew got us right in and replaced two solonoids and also our batteries were very bad. Shane and the entire crew at Brazel’s were professional, customer oriented and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them. in fact, we will gladly drive from CA for future service!

We stayed here during a baseball tournament. This place is fantastic! The RV park is reasonable, clean and fast free WIFI. Only draw back is no sewer hookups, but that didn’t matter to us, they have a dump on site.
During our stay we had some work done on our trailer, the staff is friendly and customer service orientated. They went above and beyond fixing a few nagging issues and all for a very reason price! Stay here, get your truck or RV serviced here and you won’t be sorry!

Nice place. Piss me off-​have a appointment for 900am-​took all day to fix my truck. I was charged 3.5 hours. well under the amount on the estimate. I love it though-​It was done right and on the day the said it would be. thanks guys!
