My name is Lauren Stalnaker, and I am 20 years old. I am born and raised in the NOVA area, and attend college at James Madison University.

I have grown up around animals my entire life and currently have 9 living in my home in Centreville. 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 bearded dragons, a snake, and 2 frogs. I have owned almost every pet possible (besides birds) and I am comfortable caring for all types of animals.

Of course, I can’t talk about myself without mentioning my puppy, Paxton. I adopted Paxpax from a high-​kill shelter in the south when he was 2 months and he has grown into the most amazing gift I have ever been given. He is my baby and my shadow, and is possibly one of the most spoiled pets on the planet.

I am happiest when I am around animals, and have chosen to work with them because I cannot think of one thing I would rather be doing. I am trained in Dog daycare administration as well as animal first aid and medicating. I have 2 years of experience in Dog watching and have been
