After six long weeks we finally received our bedroom furniture. We drove down to Ceres, Ca from San Jose to pick out the perfect set to fit our needs. From the office staff to the delivery staff everyone was very helpful and professional. I will be back to purchase a living room or dinning set next. Would recommend to anyone looking for furniture for their homes

After evaluating several vendors and visiting various showrooms, we chose Stuart David bedroom furniture through Giorgi Brothers in San Francisco. We recently received the furniture, and we are absolutely delighted. The wood, workmanship, finish, and overall quality are outstanding. The furniture is very solidly constructed and elegantly styled. The drawers fit, open, and close very smoothly. Above all, it is fully made in the USA, in California, by highly experienced artisans who take pride in their work. Considering the excellent quality, the price was great. They also have a wide variety and customize.

After spending an hour or two one day helping my niece look for an Amish furniture store in the Modesto area, I finally gave up and modified my search criteria, to time looking for craftsman/​mission style furniture. I shortly found Stuart David in Ceres. Unilocal reviews looked hopeful and so I suggested we give it a try. She was impressed with the quality, as was I. Plus, the showroom is as nice as other reviewers have already pointed out. And before I forget, they manufacture much of the furniture on site, so you are definitely helping the local labor market if you purchase from Stuart David.
Admittedly, I am not very fond of oak, preferring cherry mostly for furniture. BUT, I surprised myself when I found a beautiful bedroom set made of quarter-​sawn oak, yes oak. We spent a lot of time looking around the expansive showroom and then on the way home my niece commented that they have lived in Modesto for over 20 years and she didn’t know this place existed and she wanted to go back in a few days with her husband, which they did. He was surprised too. What a find!
My niece will be ordering new furniture from Stuart David, however, she will not be doing so until sometime in the Spring after they have had time to save up.
It only costs you a little gas and some time to stop by the showroom, so go take a look if are looking for a higher quality of furniture than what you’ll find at the cut-​rate places. Price point should not be the ultimate concern if you are looking for stuff that will last through the years.
Give them a try. You might be pleasantly surprised like we were.

My husband and I have purchased two pieces so far, and we are looking at possibly making another purchase in the next few months. The showroom is beautiful and some of their wood furniture is made on site. There are many options to choose from in style and color, and at least three types of wood available. The quality is exceptional, and I love buying a product that is made in the USA. Also, the gentleman who has helped us each time is helpful and friendly. He’s not pushy at all, but is available to answer questions.
The showroom driveway is a little hard to see until the last moment, but it is on a not-​so-​busy street, so it is easy to turn around in the next driveway. The outside looks like a warehouse, but the inside is beautiful.
As you might expect, the prices are somewhat higher than at the common furniture store, but the furniture is quality-​made of solid wood. I look at it as an investment.

My family has purchased several pieces of furniture from Stuart David. I love their showroom! My Mom & Aunt have 5-​piece bedroom sets, I purchased my 6 year old niece a dresser & nightstand from their showroom, and my mother surprised me with a 14 drawer dresser as a present (my favorite piece of furniture so far). I can’t say enough about the quality of the furniture and craftsmanship. The guides on each drawer are so sturdy & quiet. The pieces will last for generations and are worth the investment. MADE IN THE USA :-) Definitely recommend!
