I was recommended by a co-worker to buy my husband’s birthday icecream cake here. I checked the menu out online and placed an order for pick up. The prices were reasonable and they really try an accommodate any special requests you may have. I did not encounter any issues on the day of pick up and the cake was exactly as I requested. The staff was friendly and made my trip hassle free. I would highly recommend their icecream cakes.

Literally asked us to stop eating our ice cream to get up and move so they can mop underneath us. And more or less mopped us out of the store before they closed

Good old baskin Robbins. Same flavors but I like the ice cream. And the workers were nice!

Worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. My brother orders a large Oreo shake and they only filled it up 75% so the owner lady made a little bit extra filling it up to 80%, which I was completely fine with. However, by the time she was done making it the shake was so liquid that it tasted like I was drinking Oreo milk. So I asked if she can remake the shake since the consistency wasn’t that of a shake. The lady said she already«remade» the shake and said no. I told her she did not remake the shake but was filling up the cup that they did not portion out correctly. So she said she’d rather just give me a refund. No clue how this Baskin Robbins is still around when their customer service is terrible.

Maria is the shift leads here and had an awesome experience here with sample options to taste. She was very kind and friendly and provided excellent customer service and the atmosphere here is great. This place has been around since the 1980s and today is still a classic and this place brought back memories of my childhood.

Horrible owners!!! I feel soo bad for their employees because they’ve all always been great! Whenever the old Asian couple are there they try and charge for everything and give skimpy scoops! Today they started yelling at each other as they were trying to get my order! The Asian lady kept yelling at her husband and finally went to the back but the whole time we could hear them outside! It was ridiculous! Never coming back here again!

Well… It finally happened… This place is now dead to us… It’s gone downhill as soon as the owners started working here. First off, they started arguing out in front of us as we’re trying to order our ice creams… So much that the male owner scooped my wife’s ice cream so horrible that they were almost nonexistent… And then he put a pathetic amount of whip cream and shitty amount of nuts… I complained. The poor kid working there tried to hook us up… All too late… The lady owner comes out and starts giving him shit after he hands me the ice cream back… She then proceeds to glare at us with the most disgusting face ever… She takes the kid to the back and starts screaming at him and her husband. Then the husband comes out and tries to lecture us that the make your own sundae only gets kid scoops… And the other sundaes get full… Wtf? The wife send the husband home… And stays in the back. No doubt scared of me as I have a pretty mean face I was making at her after she tried dogging my wife behind my back. We’ve been coming here for years and loved the service everytime… Then these two assholes started showing up… FUCKTHEM!!! Oh yeah… And we asked for a bit of extra nuts since they gave us almost none… And they wanted to charge us 1.00 for more… Seriously how fucking stingy can you be?!

As a kid I used to love Baskin Robbins. This weekend was my birthday and I wanted to redeem my birthday cake coupon. When I got there, the young Asian boy behind the counter says that he cannot honor it because I did not print it out on paper. No where on my email coupon does it say that you have to print it out. It just says I have to show the coupon upon purchase. My email had the full bar code and expiration date. Seriously??? ITISMYBIRTHDAY! Have a little compassion. Clearly this store does not care about customer service or retaining customers. The prices are a total rip off($ 25.99 for a small cake that feeds only 5 – 6 people, $ 4 for a small scoop of ice cream). I can do without Baskin Robbins. I will be taking my birthday self instead to Yogurtland for a treat.

I’m a fan of the flavors provided here, but I will be completely honest about the fact that the ice cream is overpriced. I mostly keep dropping by because occasionally I fall victim to a sudden craving for ice cream when I’m on my way back home from school and going to target and buying a full tub of something better would probably leave me feeling sickly later. On a lighter note, the people here are pretty great and are incredibly helpful. I love asking for what they recommend and tasting it as a lot of them have great taste.

My grandkids love going to Baskin-Robbins for ice cream. The one grandkid who doesn’t like ice cream is perfectly happy getting a couple of cups of the candy toppings for $ 1.00 each(other Baskin Robbins only charge 75 cents). My favorite is Pistachio Almond(a single scoop is $ 2.99). My wife loves the Snickers. The grandkids try different flavors, but the favorite is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough(kid scoops are $ 2.39). They will let the kids taste a new flavor before settling on their choice. The owner of this Baskin-Robbins could be a little bit more patient with the kids. Limited seating, could use a couple more chairs. Adequate parking as it is usually not busy.

DONOTWASTEYOURTIME. Drove all the way here, wasted our gas, walked in at 9:50. Unilocal & store window say they close at 10. However, the young worker claimed the«store manager» said they had to close early today. Which is odd because in other reviews people had the same problem. Terrible customer service. Never coming here again.

We came here to try the new Oreo cake shake. The ice cream tasted good so we ordered the shake. The shake tasted like peanut butter. The clearly didn’t clean out the blender well. When I asked for a new one they said they would have to charge me since they were wasting ice cream. Worst customer service ever! Never going back! Please clean your equipment that’s just nasty!

I wish I can leave no stars for the rude customer service that heather and her manager gave us. Heather started to make a mint chocolate chip shake then gave me a Choco chip shake. When I let her know it was the wrong drink, she gave me a rude stare and dumped the shake in the sink. She then started to make the right shake but mid way handed it off to her trainee. When we got the shake it was milk looking and extremely watery. When I went to my car and tried it, it tasted awful and went inside to ask her if she can remake it. She rudely said you already left our store so we can’t make you another one. I explained that it tastes like milk and she just kept saying the same thing over. Overall, the manager didn’t really fix the drink and I just wasted $ 7 something on a nasty drink. This Baskin robins has horrible customer service and needs to treat their customers better.

31 Flavors to be exact but I do believe they have more to offer… My favorites are Jamocha Almond Fudge and Cookies & Cream. Baskin Robbis’ ice cream is quite delicious from my perspective. It’s nice and creamy, got a good bite to it & you can actually taste all of the ingredients to each flavor. The interior is cool with a good amount of seats. The employees are always in a good mood and have a smile to their face when serving you up them samples! And sampling is a must! Always try their flavor of the month! Anyways, I do like Baskin Robbins over Coldstone Creamery. Cool Beans.

Cash only and every time the owner is there, he serves you the smasher scoop possible. We’re appalled every time we get other ice cream here. There’s a baskin robbins in Buena Park, so we drive out there now. They have nice service and give you decent sized scoops. If I’m paying for an entire scoop ice cream, so I expect to get what I paid for and not a half assed scoop!

Honestly kind of expensive. But how can I say anything bad about my local Robins. Once, I thought the toppings were stale. This location is in a small center, maybe they sat to long… just order fresh ones.

Basking in the glory of my birthday at Baskin Robbins *EXTENDED* BIRTHDAYMONTH=BIRTHDAYCOUPONS=HAPPYRODNEY Free scoop of ice cream There used to be a Baskin Robbins near me, located on Del Amo & Bellfower, which closed down & later became a Pep Boys Tire Center. Because of that, this location, by default, is the nearest to me. I’ve been here a couple times, usually for a cappuccino blast or for the annual free ice cream day. As you can imagine, the line is long on that day. Not one to pass up a free scoop of ice cream, I made my way to Baskin Robbins before the coupon expired. Hmmm, pumpkin cheesecake? Amazing Spider-Man 2, made with real spiders? Oh, wait! State Fair Fried Dough?!? I’ll have that, please! Cinnamon caramel flavored ice cream, loaded with funnel cake flavored pieces and a fried dough flavored ribbon. It’s as good as the description says! Though not quite sure what a fried dough flavored ribbon is, I do know the funnel cake pieces within the cinnamon caramel ice cream wins the State Fair blue ribbon from me. The delicious scoop reminded me of cookie dough ice cream, kicked up a cinnamony notch. Each bite taking me to ice cream nirvana. At almost 300 calories per 4 oz, definitely not something I want to gorge a whole quart of after having a bad breakup or finding out I have a love child in another country ;p But, as a scoop for a small indulgence once in awhile, it’s tres bien! Service has been good the times I’ve been here. I want ice cream, I get ice cream. ‘Nuff said. There are a few tables to rest your rump roast while you savor your ice cream. Parking is in a private lot. Hipster, artisan ice cream parlors are now all the rage. However, don’t overlook Baskin Robbins. It’s an oldie but goodie, being around for a long time, but the fun, intriguing flavors, such as the State Fair Fried Dough, keeps Baskin Robbins fresh & new for kids & kids at heart, like me. Ice cream run? Count me in! Highly recommmend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM
