I came here to exchange my daughters Jordans. Staff was really helpful and did whatever they could to find the shoe size that would fit my daughters foot. The manager seems like he didnt want to be there but all he did was process the exchange and bag our stuff up. No one else was in there and I believe its their prices and lack of styles available. Thanks to the worker that help us.

Seriously the worst shoe store I’ve ever been to. I’ll never come back to this location. Came in to return a pair of shoes that cost $ 400 and he had no money in his register to refund me. Okay, that’s cool, not your fault. He said he’d love to refund me if he had the cash. The lady behind me heard the situation and offered to pay cash so I could get my refund! While refunding me, I can tell he wasn’t too happy.(Probably because their sales would go down with my return) I used to work in retail myself and regardless if someone did a huge return, I was nothing but nice. Anyways, after getting my refund, I thanked him and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Just handed my money and did other things. Now I know many may think maybe he didn’t hear me, well I did another return for my boyfriend and I got the same guy and AGAIN, he was rude. So I know for sure he heard me. Stay away from this foot action!

I asked for 3 different styles, they didnt carry any of them. They did offer to have them transferred, but I might as well go to a different shoe store or location to get them myself. Why 2 stars, hey the guy tried helping, its not his fault the store doesn’t receive good shipment.

Okay where do i start, thats right lets start with i walked in looking for some shoes found the ones i like and of course they didnt have my size, after talking to Justin he stated he can get a store transfer and it would take two to three days rather then the 4 if i ordered them online. So i waited 3 days for a call, nothing. I showed up to find the store manager, i didnt get his name. He stated to me that the shoes havent come in but he had my info for when they did. 8DAYS later i am still waiting to be called so i call them. They tell me the transfer order never went out. So that means not only did Justin drop the ball so did the stores management. Sorry to say i will never step foot in this knock off finish line ever again. Terrible customer service!

Please take my advice and never ever ever step a single foot inside this store. The worst policy and the worst customer service you could ever imagine!!! I bought the new Kobe 7s that I never wore and I brought them back to exchange for different color and the«manager» said that I couldn’t do it because there is a «high demand» for the new Kobe’s??? They already closed 2 stores… I don’t understand why they don’t just shut the other 2 down. Horrible people combined with terrible business.
