Can’t stand coming to this store. Any time I go in they are always out of something. I’ve come in a good 4⁄5 times and they were always out of either banana, granola, honey, coconut and now this time they were out of Acia. They’ve messed up my order at least 2⁄3 times. I go back hoping it would be a different experience every time but it never is!

When I ordered I stepped outside for 5 minutes and I came back and waited 35 minutes. Little did I know they had my drink in the fridge however, it was warm and melted. I didn’t know it was my job to inform them and keep asking if my drink was ready. When I came back from when I stepped outside there was 2 people inside the store. Me and another person so they should’ve realized I haven’t gotten my drink yet. When I approached them again after 35mins they gave me some attitude as I was asking where my order was.

Literally waited 35 minutes for my drink. They forgot about my order and I had to remind them. Will not be returning to this location.

I normally have a wonderful experience when I come to this location. However my Greek yogurt bowl was horrible. The bananas on top of the bowl look as if they were about to spoil. It is ok to blend these bananas but it is not acceptable to put them in a bowl where the customer can see the brown spots and bruises. I wish that I would have noticed this before I left the store. I would have had them remake it. I had to eat around the brown and bruised bananas.

There was a black girl that took my order. I wish I got her name, she was very rude and strange. Then I noticed her smiling to these guys that walked in and flirting but yet weird and careless to other customers like myself. Not professional. Ordered 2 kale carribean breeze, for the expensive price compared to original drinks, cups were not filled up to the top.

Jamba Juice has fresh squeezed juice. That is enough to make me comeback. I get it on ice.

JJ has always been my go to spot for cold busters and white gummy bears. It doesn’t fail me when they never have it, why, coz its always there they have good customer service and almost always quick with my order. Well today I am getting my free birthday drink. I changed it up for a different taste. Today I want to go to the islands, tropics of the Caribbean. Thanks guys for fulfilling my birthday. Lol

I have never seen 2 people more unhappy about their job. These girls never smiled and were in fact very robotic. They seemed very understaffed as well, so maybe that’s why. No one answered their phones and when I informed the Hispanic appearing girl with her hair pulled up, she didn’t care. And when I asked if I could get a $ 10 bill for ten $ 1 bills she flat out refused. Stores always need ones! She was rude! Onda after waiting 15 minutes for my drink some girl in black(supervisor???) finally creeped out from the back of the store. Why wasn’t she answering the store phone? Won’t be back here… ever.

All smoothies are pretty good, but the acai bowls are absolutely horrible. They taste super artificial. Literally ruined my acai experience.

I was sadly surprised today with the terrible service I received. Im an advent customer and always come to this Jamba Juice location and never experienced something like this before. Normally, I always get a friendly worker who always asks for my rewards card and today I spent over 40 dollars on drinks. When I finally realized that I didn’t put in my points I approach a worker who said it was too late and I felt completely dismissed by him AND when I finally received my drinks one of the 4 white gummi’s I bought was only half filled. I kindly asked the worker why it was like this and she didn’t give me a straight answer. I just assumed that she didn’t hear me and I didn’t want to make a big ordeal out of it so I just left upset with the 7 ½ drinks I got.(Supposed to be 8) I understand that it was a busy day but come on!

Workers were nice. But my flat bread was frozen in the middle. Friendly people, but please make my food right. I have a paranoia about eating stuff that Isn’t fully cooked especially when it’s frozen. I threw away my food. Smoothie was great though.

This Jamba Juice is on my way to school so i decided to stop by. Its in a nice shopping center that consists of Target and a bunch of other food places. Everyone knows Jamba Juice is delicious, but it helps when the employees are super friendly and kind. This Jamba Juice doesn’t disappoint! I got a strawberries wild and it was delicious.

When I step into Jamba Juice, I already start feeling healthy. The beautiful, green, citrus-y, rainbow, healthy, fat disintegrating aroma that exists within the walls of Jamba Juice is what I want my room to smell like. As soon as you step in, you are already losing fat.(or it feels like it) Then you order a drink. My fav is the Mango A GOGOGOGOGO~~~!!! One time, the worker recommended Caribbean Passion and I absolutely hated it.(so minus 1 star). And I’m not cheap enough to like go back and be like«can I get a different drink cuz it tastes horrible but I bought it since you recommended it.» It tastes so sour and … and… just… howdoisaythis… AWFUL. But that Mango a Gogo tho. To die for.

Usually when I’m in need of juice I like to go to Pressed Juicery, but I thought Jamba Juice would be just fine. They updated their menu, so there are more green juice options. I ordered a small green juice and it was quite nice. Now that I know I can stop by Jamba now! :D ENJOY!

Typical Jamba Juice outlet located in the Target shopping center across from the Cerritos Mall. Parking here can be rough, so I tend to go early or during non-peak hours. Tip: if you go when it’s crowded, don’t bother trying to find a spot right in front of JJ. Instead park further away at the back end of the Target portion of the lot and walk a bit — trust me, it’s worth it not to have to circle and circle and stalk ppl for a spot closer to the store. The juices have always been fine, but the service is just ok. My experience on this visit for example: the cashier wasn’t very friendly and looked impatient when I was taking a minute to look at the menu trying to decide what I wanted(there was only one person behind me). Then when I asked for my drink to be split into two smaller cups so my son and I could share, the person making my drink handed me one large cup and when I told her what I’d requested, she looked at me like I was wrong. She looked at the order receipt on the blender and saw that I had specified two small cups. So she poured the contents into 2 separate cups but left a bunch in the larger cup and blender so each of the two cups were only ¾ full. Boo. And when did they stop offering the Immunity Boost? We’ll continue coming here as their juices are delish(4 stars for the juice), but their cust svc game needs work(–1 star for the svc).

I have been to many a Jamba over the years and today just really really irked me. I walked in and there was one man sitting and waiting for his order and two other gentlemen who had just placed their order. The two employees who were working both made eye contact with me but didn’t make a sound. No greeting, no «just a sec», nada. After 5 – 7 minute wait I placed my order was not given or even offered a receipt. I asked for one simple adjustment to my order(just put the 12oz in a 16oz cup please) and even that was missed. The juice itself was very watery and not flavorful. Waste of time and money.

When coming to Jamba juice I always find myself staying with what I like. Never quite ready to come out of my comfort zone but I tend to get one of three of the standard smoothies every time I go. First and foremost, Strawberries Wild a primary love of mine and seems like many others go-to drink of choice. If I am feeling like I am getting sick, I go for the Orange Booster with zinc and vitamin C. When I am feeling a touch adventurous I go for the Caribbean Passion with strawberries and peach. For the most part Jamba Juice is a treat or something I get when I am feeling a little sickly. Not someplace I make a priority but do enjoy it now and again. The best part of a Jamba? The smell when you walk in, love that fresh citrus-y smell that just puts a smile on your face.

Oh yeah, I’m so healthy. My 24-pack abs, my bulging biceps, my firm ass that quarters bounce off of…;p BIRTHDAYMONTH=BIRTHDAYCOUPONS=HAPPYRODNEY Free smoothie/juice This is my local Jamba Juice. My usual would be the Matcha Green Tea Blas/Mist. Being conscious of how much sugar I eat, I don’t come here often anymore, save for when I have coupons in my inbox. What better coupon to entice me to visit than a free coupon? Garden Harvest juice Supergreens & other juices, together with chia. Refreshing, nutritious & delicious. Not too green tasting, for those that don’t tolerate that particular taste. Packed with antioxidants to make me feel good! I’ve been meaning to purchase an Omega slow speed juicer for home-use, but the cost is somewhat prohibitive. Jamba Juice offers a nice option for the times when I want to get my juice on. Service has been pleasant when I’ve been here. Parking can be rough, but going there in the morning when Jamba Juice opens shouldn’t be a problem. Got juice? Head to JJ’s for your next juice jamboree! Highly recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM
