Massages are awesome! ! Sean is on point if you like it hard thank can’t beat the price $ 20 for an hour

Wasn’t too impressed with the ambiance, but then again I came around 1pm so maybe that had a lot to do with my relaxation level/​lighting. The masseuse and the receptionist did not speak in spa voices and the noises outside were pretty loud. Massage wasn’t the worse nor the best. Got the foot massage/​detox. Pressure was actually okay that’s why I gave the 3 star. No complaints considering its price. But I def don’t plan on being a regular here.

DO NOT EVER GET A FACIAL HERE!!! I had an Asian lady perform my facial! Super unsanitary, In the middle of my facial she kept getting up to answer the phone (at least three times)! Then touching my face right after! As well as sneezing and coughing all over my face! She keep insisting on extracting Pimples I had on my face. Mind you I do not have a pimply face! I told her from the start I did not want extractions since it was my first facial! Mid way through the facial she starts extracting my face with a DIABETES LANCETS!!! (These are used by diabetics to withdraw blood to measure their blood sugar levels!) Which are illegal in the state of California to be used on facials! She was pricking and pinching my entire face!!! It was so so painful I had to ask her to stop twice! Since she didn’t listen the first time! Not my idea of relaxing at all!!! My entire face was throbbing and swollen immediately after as well as days after! She left a bunch of scars on my face that were not there prior to this facial! Please don’t go here and pay the extra cash for a legit establishment! Zero ambiance and super unprofessional. Will never go back. If could rate this place zero stars I would!

Can’t say I love this place.
I felt Rush the whole process I paid for an hour and got 40 minutes.
I know they were busy but rushing one appointment to take another makes no sense to me. I paid a decent amount of money.
And to top it off they were quick to ask for a tip. Felt really uncomfortable.
I can’t say I would recommend this place or go back ever again.

After a grueling 8 hours of uphill hiking in Yosemite this weekend, I had the Oil Massage plus + Hot Stone and helped out a lot. Felt much better and will be willing to come back again soon.
The hour felt really relaxing and especially the foot detox, didn’t know there’s such a technology to help reduce join pains and makes you feel refreshed.
Highly recommend you pay them a visit!

Just left this place and all I can say is I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews and gave it a chance. It is a little hole in the wall massage place. As you walk in you are immediately in the massage area where they give foot massages. The other massages are done in a more private area. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate my mom and me. When we got there they immediately took my mom and within 15min took me. I received the foot massage/​shiatsu combo which is $ 36 for an hour. I have no regrets! The masseuse was a smaller woman and I was afraid she wouldn’t be able to put enough pressure but she did such an amazing job, perfect pressure and even made sure to ask if it was enough. I will definitely be going back. I do recommend that you make an appointment so you don’t have to wait, other than that enjoy your massage!

This place looks initially promising so I tried their foot massage but I left disappointed. I’ve been around to know what’s the ‘real thing’ is. Got the guy who looked like a seasoned pro, but I was mistaken. His pressure point skills were off, or nonexistent – seemed like he was just going through the pressing motions; same even with the back/​leg/​head massage, such a let-​down; It felt weird it also included the armpit area! My friend who was booked with the other masseuse felt unsatisfied about hers as well. For small shops like these, I usually give good tips for individual services, especially when they give a worthy effort, but alas. Be prepared for the awkward moment when the ubiquitous attendant stands closely for his ‘required’ tip (as so prominently posted) when you pay the cashier. This place needs to give its people more motivation & training.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. You can never go wrong with $ 20 foot massages with extra head and back massages. It’s a hit or miss though, depending on who you get as a masseuse. Sometimes their massages are really hard but sometimes they’re on point. We notice they use their elbows a lot but then again, it’s deep tissue massage. Overall, we enjoy coming here and always look forward to the after massage tea! They are all so friendly too so it makes is easy to come back! If you also don’t mind hearing side conversations then this place will be no problem.

Worst facial I ever received. The lady kept pressuring me to let her use a laser to remove the freckles by my eyes. This place is really dirty and unsanitary. As if I would let them perform any kind of medical procedure on something I don’t mind having. I’ve never seen a dirtier establishment.

I came here for a facial with my friend. We booked an appointment but called to say we would be late. The facial itself was decent, but there was one lady to do the facial between the two of us, meaning we were waiting in the cold room for her everytime she was was working on the other person. She also kept answering the phone and stepping out to take calls. The price is decent for the facial service and we each gave a decent tip despite the bad service. We would have appreciated it if she told us before hand that there was only one person available to do facials. My friend would have chosen another service to make sure at least one of us got the full service facial. I’ll likely not come back unless I can make sure that we are given the proper treatment as a patron — one person per facial.

Came on a Wednesday to have the package (Facial + oil massage) done. The owner (a lady) started the facial first but she was probably short-​staffed that day and kept calling staff to come in to the store and picking up phone calls while she was working on my face. She kept coming in and out and stopping here and there I just didn’t felt like I could really relax during the entire experience. I thought the facial was just ok because it just the usual with no surprises. I was expecting some upper shoulder/​face massages or a eyebrow trim but none of that happened. I had better facials where all of those are included in the facial service and it cost less. Facial was a 2-​star.
The body oil massage I had after the facial felt like heaven compared to the mediocre facial. The therapist was excellent and the level of pressure she used was perfect. I felt very peaceful and relaxed and even fell asleep a few times during the session. I give that experience a 5-​star.
Average experience at Lemon Tree Spa: 3-​star. Recommendation: Get facial elsewhere, maybe a Korean salon or something. Do get the oil body massage here.

The owners are very nice. We came a little early than our appointment but we were accommodated in a few minutes. Their tea was on point. We are coming back here for sure. Not to mention their packages are reasonable.

I decided to come here, because the prices were reasonable and I was in need of a facial but couldn’t shell out $ 180. Its small and clean. As my facial started, everything was done properly, cleansing of my face, opening my pores etc. The women was extraction my blackheads, and decide to answer the phone in the middle of my facial. Not only did she stay on the phone for the remaining of my facial, as she was speaking she was spitting all over my face, and touching my face while touching the phone all at the same time. This is extremely unprofessional. It’s really common sense of the do’s and don’ts while performing a facial. After all of that she ended my facial about 15 minutes early. I decide not to say a word, gave her a low tip, and posted my experience, I don’t recommend this facility and wont go back.

I took my mother and my aunt here as a late mothers day gift because both of them are very hard working woman and I felt they deserved it. I chose the deep tissue oil massage for an hour, which is $ 48 each for them.
Pros: Both my mom and aunt said they had a good time and the massage was well done
Con: I felt the customer service was rude. I walked into the spa at 2:55 and my mom and aunt were escorted into the massage rooms. As soon as I paid, the woman at the desk immediately told me my mom would have to pay the tip to the women massaging them. I instantly thought «ummm how do I know they’ll even get a satisfying massage» but i didnt think anything of it. My mom called me at 3:50 to tell me she had a good time.
They basically had a 50 minute massage because by the time they changed and everything it was passed 3. I was upset because my mom and aunt deserved to enjoy the full hour. When I called to let them know they were very rude and basically were yelling at me.
Honestly, even though the massage was good the customer service was terrible and I won’t be coming back here or bringing them back. All they had to do was speak to me nicely but all they did was scream.

Fantastic $ 20 hour relaxing massage. I don’t know the name of the younger gal, but she is awesome. Only complaint is the phone issue mentioned in the other reviews and the guy with the cough… not pleasant to be massaged with that going on. He needs a cough drop or something.

This is my 2^nd time visiting this location & it is always such a relaxing escape. My only small concern about the business is when you enter your already placed in the massage room which makes it slightly awkward having to whisper to the receptionist, maybe a small lobby or a movable wall would help.
Enough about that though, let’s talk about my massage.
I was lucky enough to be given a fantastic massage by Sean (I highly recommend him) after a stressful day at work. I normally get the foot massage for $ 20, where it’s normally not just a foot massage but a full body massage (brownie points), but today was a rough day at work so I thought I’d treat myself to the foot & Shiatsu massage for $ 35. Sean was like a magician finding every tense spot that was bothering me and making it disappear. Thank you Sean for your magic hands, & I definitely will be returning.

Treated my wife and my mother n’law to facials here. They both enjoyed their time at Lemon Tree Spa and Salon.
My wife said the equipment they use here is top-​notch excellent. The ladies who did the facials on them were very good as well.
The prices were reasonable as well. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.
They both look forward to returning here in the future.

Well, well, well, what can I say. I’ve been having Jan as my facial lady for 10 yrs now and I can’t go to other facial places. I tried so many places and I don’t mind at all to drive another 30 miles just to have Jan and/​or Katherine to do my facial. They’re very very good in doing extractions, as well as massaging my face, neck, and shoulder. I caught myself so many times snoring with my mouth open while they put mask on my face. So embarrassing! They’re not the typical facial places that sell you stuff that you’re feeling obligated to buy or the frequent programs like buy 10 and get one free facial.
From my experience, that go to facial once a month, I don’t think I trust anyone else doing my face beside Jan and Katherine.

After hitting the mall I found this little spot for a quick massage, no appointment needed. Good prices, attentive staff, and semi-​clean.
I only gave the spa two stars because although they offered adequate customer service I did leave there feeling extremely sore. The man that massaged me put way too much pressure into his massage. He put used so much pressure I literally had to take deep breaths to stand the pain. I tend to be a timid customer so I did not tell him to use less, that was my fault, but I do feel he should have taken my petite stature and body into consideration when applying pressure.
Point is I doubt I’ll be back.
