OC Escrow is great!!! the best escrow company there is, They really get the job done. I have closed more escrows than I can remember and these ladies are the best!!! the ladies are professional, courteous and kind. Kathy Chapman knows her business and they are a great team. Their prices are reasonable and you won’t get any surprises because they are on top of it and that’s what I’m talking about! And when mistakes happen it doesn’t have to be their mistake. OC Escrow has handled the last 5 of my purchases and refinances. The team there has been extremely professional and super to work with. I am always amazed at how smoothly things go with them. Don’t pay any attention to the negative review down below… seems they were blaming the wrong folks for their delay. Anyhow, you won’t find a more down to earth and professionally sound escrow in my opinon.

OC Escrow delayed closing due to incorrect title vesting, which cost us a few hundred dollars more in interest. Documents were dated Feb 27… they were not presented to us to sign until Feb 29. Closing costs were high at first, but then they came down. A day passes here and there… and now we are not closing until March 7… hopefully. It has been a frustrating process, but this seems to be the case when dealing with escrow companies.
