Es la clínica q esta mas cerca de mi casa y en donde tengo mi doctor primario pero es a la q tenia más de 1 año sin venir. Hoy como me sentía mal hable para hacer cita por más cerca pero me hicieron recordar la razón por la que no venía. Muy mal servicio, te hacen esperar mucho y nunca tienes nada. Todo está bien.

I just took my daughter to see Dr. Tellez; I felt more secure seeing a doctor who specialized in children. Dr. Tellez was awesome! Very informative and answered all my questions. I felt bad like I took a lot of his time but did not make me feel like I was being rushed. My daughter too was very comfortable. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the great experience I had. His staff too was very nice.

literally only leaving 1 start because I have to. every time I come into this office the doctors take forever to see me, when I can hear them talking about their weekend activities like drinking. And when they do get around to seeing you they see you for 15 minutes and rush you out. I really despise this office and the incompetent doctors they hire

Dr. Tellez is a pediatrician that encourages us to talk and he listens. He said that my son has vitiligo but I didn’t see him use UV light to diagnose it (what if it was tinea, a fungal infection?). I like that the lab is in-​house instead of having to make an appointment and visit another site for a blood sample or TB test. Recently, I wanted an any available appointment for my son because of a red spot on his soft palate, but I was referred to their after hours clinic in Downey instead. We’ve been here a couple of times for a physical and the flu shot clinic.

This review is specifically for Dr. Tellez and his pediatric clinic. I have been to very bad clinics and very poor hygiene doctors before. But Dr. Tellez washes hands as soon as he enters the room, which as a parent of child means a lot about his care of infection control. He is a very nice doctor and he listens to your questions and concern, and explains to you very well what is up with your child. I also have high rating for the cleanliness of his clinic, no complaint. I stopped looking for a doctor for my son. Dr. Tellez will be his doctor.

I usually go to the Long Beach and Bellflower PMG… My doctor didn’t have any appointments available for weeks and I needed a prescription refill. This was my first visit to the Cerritos office, first I looked up PMG in Cerritos, my phone directed me to the corporate office, when I arrived I wasn’t aware if was the corporate office, and the receptionist was kind of clueless that this sort of thing could happen, she finally gave me the directory of all the offices, so I made my way to the Cerritos office down the street, good thing I was really early. :) The front counter medical assistant was great, very friendly… the medical assistants in the back were horrible. Never did they say hello, smile, or anything! One yawned the whole time, ok, maybe you had a long day, it’s only 3:30, we’ve all had long days. Maybe if you were a little friendlier your day wouldn’t be so boring. I asked to use the restroom and they wouldn’t even be friendly enough to tell me where it was. After asking a few times, they finally said near the lab, again telling them I had never been here before they didn’t give me directions, so I found it myself. I sat in the office for about 25 minutes waiting for the doctor that I could hear on the phone in the other room. When she came in, at first she smiled and seemed friendly, cute young doctor… but then she became very cold too. I will not be going back to this location. I left feeling very uncomfortable about the whole trip to the doctor that day… wondering if there was something wrong with me, why wouldn’t people smile back and greet people. Just sad!

I have been a patient of Dr. Doshi for about 11 years now and I must admit he is Awesome. He will actually listen, which is totally unheard of now a days. His nurse is really helpful and professional. I would have rated him a 5 star but he is difficult to get in to and see, but I guess that is a good thing. Despite the fact that I am in the medical field myself he takes the time to explain care, treatment and diagnosis.

I give Dr. Doshi an A+ best Dr that has ever treated me, my primary Dr. before was Dabu from the Long Beach office he also is a great Dr. I was hospitalized in OCT of this year at Downey Regional which is now PHI and Doshi was the MD whose
care I was under and not only did he help me to recover but he explained all my symptoms in detail and told me how I can take care of the problem, him and his team of practioners came in my room Early each mourning and went over my illness with me with a fine tooth comb after 3 days my problem was taken care of… All I have to say is I am very glad to have been under his care and the day after I was released I called my HR and had my primary Dr. changed to Doshi… Thank you Dr. Doshi for everything you have done for me and my family!!!

I was a happy client for about 6 years, my girls loved the Doctor and honestly I did too. I had car problems last year and took a bus to get to the Doctor, my Daughter had an appointment for a physical. I am not sure why this time around the office staff treated us the way they did. We arrived on time yet the other patients who arrived after me were seen first. I believe my total wait was two hours yet the other clients (at least 5) were all seen and me and my daughter were treated like we weren’t even there! After losing my patience, I asked what was going on and they told me that I was there for a physical and they were gonna see me last. I thought that was unprofessional. They should have told me from the beginning, they never practiced that rule on me before, I always got called right away. I left, called and left a complaint to the manager, none of my messages were returned, completely unprofessional. I now have a closer and more professional doctor, my girls are happy and I’m happy. In the end, they did me a favor. You guys wasted my day, be considerate of people as some people take public transportation, now my car is running fabulous and I have a great caring and considerate doctor with a good staff.

My review is for Doshi Pinal and his practitioner. Both really helped me out when I was having a recurring problem. I felt like they were listening to my complaints and taking me seriously. I was on HMO and they didn’t hesitate to send me to a specialist. The only thing is that Dr. Pinal is hard to get an appointment with. His schedule is quite full for weeks at at time it seems. If you need attention to an immediate problem, you might have no choice to see his practitioner who is also very good.

Extremely friendly, personable, and professional staff, nurses, medical assistants, and doctors. Very clean! Open late and walk-​ins available at this location and surrounding branches like Downey, Bellflower, and Long Beach.
