Asked the subway worker a question. «Is the $ 6 daily special for 6-inch subs only?» Worker didn’t respond, looked down, put on gloves. Went to oven. Worker: «What kind of bread?» Not sure if they heard the original question — which might change what kind of bread I wanted based on the special. Me: «Is the $ 6 daily special for 6-inch subs only?» Worker: «WHATKINDOFBREAD?» Me: «Oh. Ok. Italian herbs and cheese I guess.» Much to my surprise, the worker gets the bread and starts cutting it. Me: «Excuse me… I asked a question.» Worker: «What?» Eventually they were able to answer but it was extremely rude and unfriendly. This was the poorest visit I’ve ever had at a subway. By the end of it I didn’t even want the sandwich.

Manager is at checkout and not paying attention to customers in front trying to pay instead he is busy about the line watching what his employees do on the sandwich, taking pictures of them working and us standing in line. Completely unprofessional. I informed him im. on my lunch break and he just says okay sorry but doesn’t process transaction just worried about next people in line. Why not help them if he’s that concerned. Completely dissatisfied.

I don’t know who the owner is but I say kudos to hiring such a great staff! I come here on my lunch almost everyday and I love it here! I see them having to deal with difficult people all the time and still everyone is so nice, like today for example. There was a difficult family ahead of me and still they helped them with a smile on their faces! Great job guys!

Customer service here is quite bad. I can understand having a bad day as I came in with a two day old migraine on my way to work. The employees looked like they really didn’t like something. I ordered a tuna six inch and told the gyy behind the counter to toast onions and bell peppers before he started making my sandwich. He put them in the oven, didn’t touch a button, and pulled them out. I asked him to toast them please and he got mad. Then he charged me for a bag of chips when I didn’t get any. But, because I payed with my card, i just grabbed a bag on my way out to avoid the hassle of a refund. Even though this location is on my way to work I think I’m going to go out of my way to find another location. It was clean at least which is the reason for the two stars.

Lady behind the counter had the worst attitude. She was throwing my egg and vegetables on my flat bread. Also, there’s a promotion going on where you get a small cup of coffee for free with a purchase of a 6 inch but if you choose another drink you just pay the difference. She made me pay full price for my orange juice! I mean I really don’t mind paying $ 1.85 but her attitude just isn’t the best. Probably woke up on the wrong side of bed, regardless leave that out the door and be professional while at work. Honestly ruined my morning, I was so damn happy!

I felt bad for the clerks behind the the counter the other day. I stopped here for some lunch on my way home, there was about 4 people ahead of me. I wondered what the delay was and I took a close look, they were busy preparing what looked to me like ten 12 inch subs for someone. I should have walked out but they handled It well, I was out of there about ten minutes later with my tasty buffalo chicken sandwich. I don’t know how they handled such a large order that was ahead of me, tended to the smaller orders without taking it out on us. We still got service with a smile and they took their time preparing our orders. My buffalo chicken sandwich was perfect with jalapeño bread, jalapeños and siracha sauce too! Yeahhhh I like it hot, that’s how I roll!

I love this Subway. I’m here at least 5 times a month. The workers are always polite and try to do everything as quickly as possible. There was a Samoan guy that used to work there a while back he was so nice and friendly and made eating here a pleasure. I meant to leave that comment a long time ago but I’m just now getting around to it even though he doesn’t work here anymore. One time I was eating by the window and the sun was in ny eyes and one of the girls came from behind the bar to close it. I thought that was really neat. Their remodel just finished and it looks great. Thanks guys!!!

I came here with my sister and we were both getting sandwiches. I got mine first because my sister’s was taking too long and only after I paid did the lady tell us that there was a promotion going on which was basically buy one get one free. I asked if I could go back and use the promotion because I had JUST bought my sandwich, and they said no. They were extremely rude and they barely put any vegetables on the sandwiches. The guy that was working there was EXTREMELY rude, flat out telling us that it was too late for us to use the promotion. I hadn’t even opened the wrapper to my sandwich. Also, when my sister and I came in, the workers took a long time to come out from the back and when another customer came in as we were eating, they didn’t come out for a good 10 minutes simply because they were gossiping about nothing in the back. Also, about 30 minutes after eating the sandwich, I felt sick to my stomach. DON’T EVERCOMETOTHISSUBWAY. HORRIBLESERVICE. HORRIBLEFOOD. MADEMESICK.
