COFFEEBEANANDTEALEAF! Where do I begin? This crew of amazing coffee makers always have fun and make the experience one of a kind for the people who aren’t always accustomed to the CBTL experience. They do a great job of customer service and understanding of the product they sell. Always a fun energetic experience on the register. And regardless of business, drink quality and happiness are always grade A!

I love CB! Very convenient for me to get my fave Ice Blended Mocha while shopping. Usually the CB in Bloomfield has no parking during or after lunch. So I’d rather come here. Good service!

If you guys like ice this is the perfect place to go. I got a large ice coffee and i know its kind of hot outside but 90% of the drink was ice. Forget about buying regular ice at a market or gas station for a buck, instead you should come here and get a large cup of that cold stuff for 2.99. In about 5 min my drink was nicely watered down and tasty. They are known as the original ice blended and now i see why. I also came here a few days ago and got a regular coffee and it tasted like tar. I believe they use the finest used up leftover coffee grounds from 7 – 11, nothing but the good stuff. I cant wait for them to open up starbucks again due to remodeling. This place is a joke.

I used to be completely devoted to the Coffee Bean chain when I worked in LA. Now that I’m in the OC, there are more Starbucks in my daily route and I have converted over. While in the Cerritos Mall, I started to reminisce about the Coffee Bean… before I had my sparkly gold card and I went strictly because I liked the drinks and not because I was going to get some extra star for going on a certain day. But… I digress. It was 6PM on a Friday. I opted for a $ 5 large pumpkin chai tea; cold. I ordered my drink and waited off to the side. Everyone who had ordered behind me, came and went. I waited patiently still. It was after all, still peak holiday shopping and maybe it was what I had ordered(?) I asked the employee to check and they said it would be right up but when they actually checked a few odd minutes later, they could not find my order in the pending drink slips. I was told that the managers had changed and somehow my order slipped through the cracks. I forget the name of the manager that was thrown under the bus as they made my drink. It was hot and poured on a ton of ice to expedite my departure. They said sorry but drinking a large warm pumpkin chai was not my idea of a nice refresher. My entire experience from ordering to getting my drink was 40 minutes. :o On of my biggest pet peeves is no accountability. You cannot take pride in what you do if you do not take ownership of it. My drink blew and throwing your supervisor under the bus BYNAME is unprofessional. Bickering with your employee on how to hurry up and make my drink and how they do not like the system is not a positive environment as a worker or as a customer. I really hope this location gets re-trained on customer service, workplace pride and ownership. Although I have not written Coffee Bean entirely off, this location… I will not be returning.

Came here to study last night and OMG I am in LOVE with the winter dream tea latte!!! Granted, not a lot of caffeine b/c it’s tea but it’s so comforting and soothing. Kind of tastes like a hot milk tea but with something extra. The gingerbread man is really good too. My total for the drink was roughly $ 5 for a medium drink. Pretty expensive but the drink has quality. There are also seats to study and tons of outlets! Unlike Starbucks, outlets are limited at Starbucks but here at Coffee Bean, they welcome you to study here. Will definitely be back!

I love CBTL but not from the Cerritos Mall. Nothing but ratchet shit going on there with coworkers flirting and being chatty. They can’t get an order correct, they say«YES» to using soy milk when it has become apparent they don’t know the difference between soy milk and cow’s milk… cows milk gave me gas and diarrhea that night, which was the night before my wedding! LOL Plus they made a girl wait for her drink when she was the first person to order. She was really pissed. Shame on your lack of training at CBTL Cerritos Mall!!! Cerritos mall needs to bring Starbucks back & bigger than ever, or that other generic coffee bean.

I’ve always liked Coffee Bean. The site at Artesia and Bloomfield is just to hard to get in and out of. The parking is terrible. Not only is this location free of parking problems, but it’s also closer to me. I love it. Thank God they opened this new site inside the mall.

Dropped in today with friends. Nice clean location, friendly staff, I got the Black Forest frappuccino, which is my fav. My friends ordered the frozen tea smoothies, they both liked them a lot. Parking is plentiful. I would come back when I’m in the area.

Located by the apple store. If you been to another location before everything is the same. A nice change from every mall having Starbucks.

Wanna meet up for some tea? Now with 2 locations in Cerritos, this branch of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is located conveniently in the middle of Los Cerritos Center. Shoppers walking by can stop for a coffee or tea, with CBTL’s open layout and small dining area. In the past, I didn’t frequent the OG Cerritos CBTL on Artesia & Bloomfield, mainly due to the parking shared with Chipotle. Traffic was usually hard to find, with some cars being double-parked and causing a headache-inducing clusterfrick. Now with this new location, I think I’ll be an on-again, off-again regular. What The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has over the ‘Bucks are their selections of tea. I’m quite fond of the Cherry Blossom Grean Tea. I’m also trying to wean myself off of daily coffee consumption, trying just to indulge a few times a week. But with tea, I can avail myself w/o concerns of adrenal function, jittery sensations and what not, as long as I don’t help myself to too much sugar. Which can be hard, I know ;p Los Cerritos Center has come a long way since it’s days of the UA Twin, Woolworth and the organ store that no one went to. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a great addition to the mall, with prime real estate situated in the causeway between Forever 21& Nordstrom’s. I highly recommend coming by for a refreshing drink if you happen to be nearby. NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM
