Zumiez

I just want to let everyone know how great the staff is at this zumiez location! After having a not so great experience at the orange location i was sent to Cerritos to remedy the issue. The manager Jennifer went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a great one and i thank you for that! Cerritos Zumiez has made a loyal customer out of me!

The lines are always short. The workers will greet you with a smile. For the most part everything is well put together & organized. Prices are a little high, but overall I had a good experience here.

1^st time, and bad experience, never going back to this place.
I decided to try this place out to get some shorts, (which they were okay for regular use)
It took a while before I could actually get help. The employees scream to get the attention of another worker. Never seen that before in a store shop.
Anyways, I Get in line, and wait about 5 minutes, until one of the (African American Employee) tells me that I had to wait behind two guys that were by the (Obey Shirt Section) which was fine, I waited another 15 minutes before it was my turn.
Then this skinny short dude, yells at me saying
(Yo that’s not the line. you have to get out here where all this people are)
but
(The African American Employee had already told me where was the line about 15 minutes ago)
I said, but he was like (Sorry)
Over all experience, this place has the most unorganized employees.
Zumiez should really think twice about hiring kids…

I wish I could personalize this review a bit more, but can’t.
Due to store policy I can’t get the lady’s name who helped me out.
I only know her by an alpha-​numeric code.
I was greeted warmly by a young latina lady, and a young black guy upon entering this Zumiez.
I was told about the sale rack (buy one get one half off!).
I was asked if I needed help finding what I needed, and kinda gave the lady a general idea.
She was really helpful and bubbly.
She ended up ringing me up after I tried stuff on as well.
The store in general was pretty clean.
The racks weren’t really organized, but they were clearance racks.
So more fun digging for me!

When i go it’s never packed so line is always short. Workers are always friendly and are good to talk to while looking around not annoying like other stores. Every time I go they have a lot of new shirts I like so they stay on top of all the new clothes that come out.
