It was busy & there was a line the first I visited this Bank of America. I expected it because of how close to the holidays and the fact that it was a Friday afternoon. The first thing I noticed was an associate, who was not a teller, periodically coming out talking to people in line making sure they had the correct forms. I really appreciated that since I needed an out of state deposit slip and when I got to the teller I was ready. Another great feature is that they have 2 ATMs that are inside because I hate going to ATMs outside in the evening. This one just makes me feel comfortable. The teller was also a very pleasant young man.
