Bickerstaff Buick Pontiac GMC

I’ve tried to keep a positive attitude with this dealership but, they make it difficult. Last year I had a car accident and totaled my car so I was in the market to purchase a new one. I loved the car that I used to drive, Mazda 3, but after seeing how it was totally crushed in a low speed accident, I was looking for something bigger and more solid. So, I purchased the Pontiac Torrent from this dealership.
My father was with me as I couldn’t drive from the injuries I received in the previous accident. Albert Canty, was my sales person and he was amazing. He was a straight shooter, incredibly friendly and the only reason why I am giving Bickerstaff 3 stars. Unfortunately, he’s retired now and I’m not sure who to «trust» at this dealership. 3 months after purchasing this vehicle and giving them a large sum of money, my car would not start. It wouldn’t turn over, or crank. Nothing! It was brand new… ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD!!! So, I had to leave it a QT. They tried to make me arrange my own tow service even though the car was still under warranty. Anyway, after much discussion, this was fixed.
Two weeks later, the back panel came unattached from the rest of my car and I had to take that in to be fixed as well. This time, they gave me a loaner car. It’s been about 3 months with no problems, until today. Now, the vehicle is holding water in the spare tire well which is causing the car to have a moldy water smell and foggy windows. Now, I know that this isn’t the fault of the dealership but, their lack of effort to return phone calls is their fault. I called only to be put on hold for 5 minutes with no response. Called back again with the same results. This is not the first time that this has happened here.
I would not, and will not buy another car from this dealership because it seems that they simply don’t care about my satisfaction. If they want to sell more cars, they’ve got to better. At least pretend that you care about your customers, by returning their phone calls or picking up when the phone rings. My father, who was with me when I purchased the car, has had the same result when calling so, I know it’s not just me. Get it together Bickerstaff.
