Curry Honda Body Shop is the BEST!
After calling at least 3 other body shops in the area only Curry Honda could take me that day.
I have a Toyota Highlander that was hit by a young driver making an illegal U turn. My poor car had about $ 7000 worth of body damage. Curry Honda worked with Toyota parts and got my car back into great shape. They also made the insurance and rental dealings easy. Andy kept me posted through out the week on progress. The receptionist were always friendly even though every time I was there they were extremely busy. Excellent experience!
I wanted to add that Bob is a miracle worker! I took my son’s 1999 Honda Prelude in the day after I got my Highlander back to see if they could repair a large dent in the hood. One body shop refused to work on it. Another dent removal places said it would be $ 800 and two days. Bob fixed it in about 10 minutes! Amazing! My son and I were so happy!

car dealership nice, but awful service!!! They wanted to charge me $ 850 on a five-​month-​old Honda Fit with 5,000 miles for fixing the condenser since the air conditioner wasn’t working. Another Honda Dealership did it for free (under warranty), no questions asked. Be warned!

My family had a great experience here picking out my car for my birthday. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had my Accord for about three months now and I love it!

I was all excited about looking at the HRV. We walked into the dealership, were given Virgil as our salesman, who took us on a test drive and basically told us nothing about the car. When I asked him if he sold a lot of HRVs he said no. I said YOU don’t sell a lot, or you don’t SELL a lot? He said he sells used cars. Well, please, find me someone who knows something about this car!!! Needless to say, I was turned off to buying a car there, and went straight to a Mazda dealership. ‘Nuff said.

So how about I arrive for my software update appointment and the Curry Honda Atlanta service department immediately pisses me off by first seeming to not be aware of the fact that I am not there for the Takata airbag replacement, which we talked about at the time I made the appointment, and immediately trying to up sell your «inspection» services. 3 times I say, I’m just here for the software update.
Then the little pissant concierge reenacts the taxi driver «you talkin to me» after he shoves forms that he hurriedly asks me to sign absolving Honda of liability for shitty airbags. He asks… as I sit on my phone in the lounge that I had to ask where it was located since he didn’t bother to offer that info when I handed over my keys… You got a problem? Yes I have a problem you’re a completely disrespectful asshole and service advisor Catie Clark is no better as she doesn’t even ask why I am getting my car back before they do anything to my car and say that I’ll just take my car somewhere else.
I see now why the Unilocal ratings for this place are so low.
This is why people hate dealerships and I see now why this place seems to be one of the lowest rated Honda dealers in the state.

These folks lied to me in a big way. Flat-​out, unquestionably, provably lied, trying to get me to buy almost $ 700 of services I didn’t need. They will lie to you, too. Do not do any business, under any circumstances, with such dishonest people.
I had my transmission fluid, brake fluid, filters, etc., changed by a reputable shop at 54K miles. I brought my car to Curry at 66K miles for an airbag recall. They told me the following lies:
1) My transmission fluid needed flushing. No, it didn’t, it was changed just 12,000 miles ago and still has a healthy pink color to it. Also, flushing is against the manufacturer recommendations.
2) My brake fluid needed flushing. Again, no it didn’t, it was replaced just 12,000 miles ago and has a pristine color to it.
3) My air box clips are missing. No, they’re right where they should be.
4) My evaporator needs cleaning. No, it doesn’t, it’s performing normally and does not have a smell.
5) The tires are wearing unevenly and need alignment. I’m not a tire expert, but I found no evidence of this and my regular checkups with a reputable tire shop have said nothing of the sort.
Four outright lies, followed by highly questionable claims, totaled up to over $ 650 in needless or extremely overpriced service. Fortunately, I knew enough to pass on this nonsense.
Avoid these scum at all costs.

I’m a long time customer of Curry Honda. My parents and I have bought our cars here mainly because we had a good relationship with one of the car salesman, George.
But this review is more on their service department. I normally take my car here only for big maintenance items (such as a 60K check up). Recently, I visited them again to get a major maintenance done. When scheduling my visit online, I forgot that I have already had transmission fluid and break fluid done previously and ordered them. Upon arrival and talking to their representative, he immediately noticed my error and was more than happy to take it off of my order. That was $ 300+ of work. He then also asked why I wanted to replace my spark plug as that is not necessary until 100K or higher. So I’ve told him my problem with starting at times and he suggested to check the battery instead.
The only reason I didn’t give them a four star is because of the wait time. It’s generally 2 hours, but sometimes it’s more. At once I waited for 4 hours and I suspected they have forgotten about me. There is only so much time one can sit in a breakroom with strangers.

This dealership doesn’t care about the customer. It is all about their bottom line, and they will cut corners and disregard customer concerns and questions. Stay away.

I was at 5% oil life — time for that oil change.
It’s easy to make a reservation online for Honda dealerships. The self service system was pretty simple to navigate and complete.
I was a couple minutes late for my reservation but they still fit me in. Once I pulled into the garage line, it took a while for someone to find and help me, since most people seemed to be busy.
After checking in, I found the waiting room (I guess they assumed I knew where I was going) and settled in for the hour to get some work done. There are a few outlets and free wifi. Coffee was available next to the snack machine. I just couldn’t get over the heavy scent of gasoline coming from God knows where. It made the hour much more unbearable. The TV’s were playing some reality tv show, which was fine, just white noise for me.
As promised, my car’s oil change was completed in under and hour and I was out the door. Maybe I should have walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts while I waited to avoid stewing in the odor of gasoline next time.

Wow, Customer Service in the Service Department needs a serious overhaul. I’m actually sorry that I bought a Honda at this moment. I just thought Toyota was bad for service. Just a little tip for Customer Service; It goes a really long way to look up when someone is talking to you and it wouldn’t hurt to welcome guests if you have nothing else to do but sit at your little computer and text.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY A PREUSED HONDA FROM THIS PLACE!!! Just bought a pre used crv 6 months ago. ALL FOUR TIRES BLEW OUT IN THE FIRST MONTH. Brakes need to be replaced asap, Windshield wipers need replacing there’s a leak, and a bunch of other stuff needs fixing too, this car is a hot mess!!! I traded in my old car because of all the fixing it needed only to find THAT THEY SOLD ME A CRAPPY ASS CAR! Very very disappointed I should have stuck to Toyota! Never buying a #honda again! Horrible just horrible experience!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!!

I bought my car from this Honda location and I would give that experience 5 stars.
On the other hand, the service department get 2 stars or less. I came in at 7 am to get my routine maintenance. The guy who checked me in failed to mention this would be a 3 hour procedure. After waiting 2.5 hours, I asked him what was going on because I was going to be late for work. Something about my rims had a lock on them and they didn’t have the key. I asked how much longer and they said 45 mins because they haven’t even touched with my brakes yet. I told them to forget the brakes because I can’t be here over 3 hours and late to work.
So, the buying of the car was great, but the service department was very slow. I won’t be bringing my car back here for service again.

First and foremost: I only got maintenance done, I did not purchase a car here. Maybe if you buy a car you won’t walk away from the interaction with a bad taste in your mouth, but I suspect not!
After months of being annoyed by phone calls and mailings about the airbag recall, I finally scheduled a service with Curry Honda to have my airbags checked. They claimed that everything would be free, including a rental to replace my car for the day. The rental is the only reason I agreed to a service appointment on a Friday, as it’s generally very inconvenient for me to be without my car during the week. Furthermore, I would normally never go to a dealer for any kind of service, but this is a recall so I was kind of stuck.
The airbags were checked, and presumably all was well. However, apparently Curry Honda is taking this whole recall thing as an excellent opportunity to try to upsell people on other services that they don’t need. They told me I needed $ 1300 worth of work outside of the airbag recall. I immediately took my car to another garage for a second opinion. The second garage told me that my car only needed ¹⁄₃ of the services they tried to get me to buy, which would cost significantly less. So, trying to sell me shit I don’t need is strike one.
When I picked up the rental (which took over 45 minutes), I was told I needed to provide a credit card «just for a $ 50 deposit» that would be refunded when I returned the car. Mind you, I had this car for less than 8 hours and returned it in exactly the same condition as when I got it. When I got home after returning the car, I found a $ 30 charge on my credit card (in addition to the $ 50 charge). When I called to ask what the additional charge was for, I was told that I had not declined coverage on the car, although I had. Apparently, the rental company charges you instead of the dealership for coverage. So strike two was the fact that I got charged for the rental despite being told that it would be absolutely free. I am still attempting to work with the rental company to get the second charge removed from my card.
Nuts and bolts of all of this: my supposedly free and easy recall service was a huge PITA from start to finish and ended up costing me money even though I tried to decline all of the additional charges. I’m not a happy camper.

INTRODUCTIONS ARE ALWAYS A NICE WAY TO START!
Yes, I know that returning to Honda is like returning to the land of the «little people» but I had to make one more pass to make sure that they were not a viable option for us. When we initially sat in the Odyssey, our immediate reaction was Oh no, too tight! Today was the follow-​up to make sure that we did not make a rash decision.
As we pulled onto the lot and exited our vehicle we were greeted with Happy Sunday! Now that’s cool and all but we never got a name or business card. Even if a customer is not quite interested in the car, that card can be passed on to someone else. Never miss an opportunity to generate business.
Anyway, the salesman was very helpful and I really liked this dealership because the cars can be opened by remote, (when a lock box is in place). This prevents the customer from having to wait while the employee runs back and forth searching for a key, especially when looking at multiple vehicles.
We examined a couple of vehicles but our initial reaction was spot on regarding space and we don’t like the idea of having to totally remove seats, (the van), in order to accommodate large items. We want ample space, convenience AND modernization!

Ever seen that guy in a bar, the creepy one? He hasn’t been doing well with many girls, lots of striking out. As the night goes on, he gets more desperate. Suddenly its last call and he has yet to get a girl! So he finds that one girl who made the mistake of being nice to him and latches on like a octopus tentacle around its prey.
«You wanna come home with me?
No thanks, appreciate the invite though.
«Oh come on babe, you sure?»
Yes, I’d rather stay here with my friends.
«Baby don’t be like that, you know I got what you need» I said NO.
«I got Rock Band and some drinks, come on.»

That guy at Curry Honda was the salesperson I had the misfortune of being stuck with. Except instead of going home with him, he really really wanted me to go home with one of his cars.
I came in to get my car appraised and to test drive. Hour and a half later, I’m having to get up and walk out because he didn’t understand the concept of no I do not want to buy a car today. I don’t care if you run the numbers again, I said no. Then a supervisor got involved, trying to sweeten the deal. Kinda like a wingman trying to help our previous hapless wanna-​be romancer. Just as creepy, just as skeezy.
I eventually make my escape and visit the Mazda dealership just down the road. I test drive a car, my car is appraised, and he only asks me once if I’m interested in buying. All in 30 minutes.
Curry Honda might be a good dealership and I wouldn’t say you should judge them all on the actions of one salesperson. That said, pick your salesperson carefully, unless you’re one of those people who thinks «no» is just another way of saying «maybe».

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Do not buy a car here! Jason in service and Tasha in customer relations will treat you like dirt. I paid cash for a 2016 Honda Accord one week ago today. So guess what $ 32 000 gets you? A non working Air Conditioner… if you want a new car from Curry Honda expect to sweat A LOT! Air conditioners are not covered under warranty.
The part costs $ 143 but they wanted to charge me $ 627. When I pressed them they offered a 20% discount.
Buying a car from Curry Honda is an absolute nightmare and I wouldn’t step foot on their property for anything.
Edit: so I’ve uncovered more news!!!
The Honda Air Condenser issue has been on going for 10 years now with class action lawsuits filed and awarded for up to 40 million dollars! Since Honda knows this happens to 5,000 Honda’s a year then sadly the truth must be told… they used to charge $ 3,000 to fix the AC condenser but now charge $ 600-​$ 700. The part costs $ 143 or $ 148 dollars and takes 9 minutes to install.
Honda is making an extra $ 3,135,000 off its customers a year by purposely including the design flaw in their vehicles.
I’ll update this review as more info unfolds but I plan on pursuing this as far as possible.
Added: October 10^th– Honda corporate has agreed to install the AC condenser on their dime after 3 days of putting up with sweating in a new car. They even set me up with a rental for $ 50 through Enterprise. What a joke.
I dropped off my car to Jason this morning at 9am. He didn’t say one word to me. Curry Honda is an embarrassment but then again so is Honda so perfect marriage. I’ll be selling my car next week. I guess you get what you pay for…

I normally utilize the service department at another Honda dealership in Duluth, GA. Today was my SECOND visit to curry honda.
In my first visit the service was «OK» and I felt the waiting area was a bit cramped and crowded but I could «deal with it».
Today, I had a 9:30 appointment this morning for the airbag recall. I had scheduled and then rescheduled this appointment. So I actually spoke with a Curry Honda employee twice via phone. They also emailed and left voice mails several times to reconfirm my 9:30 am appointment.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that I shouldn’t plain to wait for my vehicle. I was offered a 7 mile shuttle and/​or a rental from Enterprise.
So it turns out my 9:30 appointment which had be scheduled, rescheduled, confirmed and reconfirmed was only an appointment to drop my car off and not for them to service my car while I waited.
I spoke with the SERVICE MANAGER and explained my dissatisfaction with not having my expectations set. He could have cared less. He reiterated that my options were to a) wait for an UNSPECIFIED time, b) take the 7 mile shuttle or c) use the Enterprise car rental for the day. None of these were convenient options.
My conversation with the SERVICE MANAGER, didn’t end to well. My last words to him were «I am going to call the customer service department at American Honda Corporation». The reaction from the SERVICE MANAGER, was he could have cared less. He was unaccomodating, unapologetic, un «fill in the blank «.
I did followup with the customer service department at American Honda Motor Corp. The representative I spoke with was very apologetic. She indicated that dealers are very busy with the airbag recalls. While i understand that, my point and the point I tried to convey to the service manager was, my expectations WERE NOT set in any of my correspondences. Had I known my 9:30 appointment was only to drop my car off, I would have made alternative arrangements which did not involve any of the «options» provided by the service department.
Based on some of the reviews I’ve read, my experience was not a «one-​off. Hopefully someone at the dealership will see the reviews and start taking the necessary actions to improve the overall customer service experience.

OK. I’m a female who knows NOTHING about cars. That’s why I drive a Honda. But this place is generally nice. They have a shuttle so you can drop your car off and get a ride to work. I’ve never know them to loan cars. My ex drove luxury vehicles and HIS car company would give loaners. I have always driven Honda’s and NEVER known a Honda dealership to do that. But hey, maybe I haven’t lived? If you stay while your car is being serviced, be prepared for a high pressure sales tactic to buy a new car. But as my girls would start texting me … DON’T DO IT. Stick with what you came for which in my case is service as my car works just fine.
Can’t speak on price as I stated originally, I know NOTHING about cars. I take my car here when the engine light comes on or when it needs routine maintenance. They perform maintenance on my car and it reliably gets me from point A to point B. That’s pretty much all I look for in a vehicle.

Bought a Honda Fit for my daughter from this place. The service was excellent personalized and honest. The sales person Mr. Cliff Hudson was just great!
Next time I am in the market for a car it will have to be a Honda from Curry Honda.

This is the kind of dealership that gives car dealerships the negative stigma they have. It was a bad experience and I will leave it at that.
That’s my word and I’m sticking to it.
