” In December, I bought a 2015 Altima SE from your dealership. At the time of purchase I opted for 7 years warranty of electronic transmission/​gadgets in the car.
I was told that I can cancel this warranty within 3 months of purchase. I want to opt out of that, have been trying since last month .
I have been calling Nissan Finance customer care as well your dealership continuously. Customer care system has one of the worst auto answering machine, which never transfers you to the representative. I thought dealer might be able to help me. Every time Judie is transferring me to finance person, it’s going to voice mailbox. In spite of leaving voice message hundreds of times, I haven’t got a call back. This is really frustrating for me as a customer.
I believe you would be able to help me here and will get this electronics warranty cancelled and will credit $ 2,500 towards my Nissan motor acceptance loan. Without this warranty my loan was of 8K.
Here is my basic information and let me know if you need any other details to do this at earliest. ”

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW (no sales)
I really don’t know how the service reps at car dealerships sleep at night. Or how they have such amazing poker faces. How can they look good people in the face, and quote them $ 4000 dollars of repairs, on a car valued just under that, when they know good and well it’s a complete RIPOFF?
I have always brought my car (now 12 years old) in to the dealership for repairs. I felt like there was a trusting relationship with one individual service rep (who no longer works here) so I ignored the voice in the back of my head saying — dealers are always more expensive. After my most recent experience, I will never go back. I received an extremely large quote, with really no other ‘options’, and walked away with nothing done to my car.
Out of curiosity, I checked out a mechanic down the street (see my other reviews) and was SHOCKED at the difference in the price I was quoted. While I expected it to be less, I did not imagine it would be that much less.
If you have a car that is no longer under warranty, or is older than 5 years, I would definitely not bring it here to be serviced. AT LEAST get a second quote from someone else before handing over your credit card.

Amazing service. It was the first time in my life I didn’t have any hassle or shenanigans that comes with buying a car. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted properly and professionally. Well that’s to be expected, but furthermore I was never rushed or pressured into doing anything. Mr. Kim gave me more information than I would ever need to pick the perfect car for my family. The whole process took less than grocery shopping. After this wonderful experience I have recommended countless friends to visit Nalley for their dream Nissan!

My sales person Bill was great, he took his time, we selected a car, I was originally going through USAA for financing and guaranteed discount. After discount and taxes added back, I was presented with $ 15 661 to finance. once we got to the finance office, he was not on his game for one. He did get me financed through Wells Fargo with a lower rate, we did agree on $ 650 Gap insurance, but somehow another $ 2940 fee with added and we finance over $ 17 770. So the only thing I would add is pay close attention to the numbers given and what is being put on the paperwork, I did not and signed for the $ 17 770 to be financed.

HOW TO KILL A DEAL IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!
Normally purchasing a vehicle is fun and exciting but I found the process to be a bit of a chore this time around. The local dealerships really need to change how they do business. I discovered a general lack of knowledge and professionalism when it comes to selling cars and that’s a scary thing. With this particular dealership, we did not have initial contact with a salesperson because no one was available at the time that we visited which was truly disappointing.
However, I didn’t hold this against them because there are simply other options available. Although the General Manager reached out after I posted my review, I did not respond because I had already moved on to the next phase. At the time, I simply wanted to provide the feedback that will make business owners take notice and consider changing the way they do business for the better.
Also, if I am still considering conducting business with a certain company, I want to keep the experience authentic and organic so as not to taint my review. If I call the GM and I get special treatment or a «special deal», then my review is no longer unbiased or authentic. The goal for me is to document «everyday business» for the average Joe. True change benefits the masses not just the «squeaky wheel».
After exploring vehicles and deciding on a specific model, my husband actually took the reins. He cast a wide net, (via e-​mail), to inquire about the vehicle of our choice. Stephen (Internet Sales Director), was the person that responded with a vehicle of interest. We scheduled a meeting later today. We arrived at the dealership and met Stephen, a nice guy who quickly handed us over to another guy, (Product Specialist). This was the WRONG MOVE. I don’t like being handed over and if that is your process, this needs to be made clear upfront so that I know what is to be expected. This guy brought the van up for viewing and I then expected him to leave. Instead, he started talking to me as if I had never seen the van before, (Hello, we are in the purchasing phase!). He wanted to tell me everything that I already knew, he had an odd manner about him and he just made me very uncomfortable.
In the end, I just felt smothered and could not quietly explore the vehicle for a final time. I felt myself shutting down and when my husband approached, he could tell by my demeanor that it was over and I was ready to leave. I couldn’t really talk to him because I just wanted to exit at that point. Instead of reading the obvious non-​verbal clues that were like daggers flying through the air or listening to my husband when he clearly informs him that I am no longer interested, he says «come into my office». I ask «For what?» and he just looks at me. I said «I thought we were dealing with Stephen?» He really didn’t have much to say and I just continued toward the exit. My husband explained that the vehicle didn’t feel right and we left.
So Let’s Review:
If a potential client makes contact with a specific person and that contact appears to be going well don’t mess it up with the old «bait and switch». However, if it is your policy to allow different people to work with the client, this should be made clear up front. The new person should also be given an update so that he or she is not entering and addressing step 1, when the client is trying to close the deal.
If you know that a particular staff member has questionable «people skills», please minimize his contact with potential clients. I am not going to engage anyone who makes me uncomfortable. I will simply walk away as I did in this case.
Also, If you are showing a new vehicle, it should be presented in a clean and pristine manner. Mud and dirt in said vehicle is inexcusable because you can simply use a runner or protective covers to keep the car clean. Take pride in your vehicles!

****** As my husband and I were driving home, we realized that the eventual outcome of this visit was actually in our best interest. We have decided that we will not be selling our van and will not be purchasing a new van for the next couple of years, (if we can avoid doing so). You see our current van (although old), has every amenity that we would want in a new van. However, the same amenities in the new vans are paired with undesirable features such as heated seats or leather. We also prefer the organizational space of our current van and realize accepting anything less would be settling. Don’t ever settle! If a salesman starts «sweating» you and acting over eager that’s a red flag and you will want to question that behavior.
Much like a beloved pet, we intend to see our current van through its natural life span, but in the mean time, I will need Toyota to redesign the exterior of their van, (so that it screams Cool!, not Kids!), and replace those removable seats with ones that actually fold down.

Toni Hicks, sales person. Very mannerable, informative on the car I was interested in, he listened to what I was looking for and made the sales a breeze.
I have a 2011 Camry to trade, finance person Kevin Chung tried to low ball me with a $ 5000 trade allowance. WHAT?! you want me to add an additional $ 8700 on top of my new loan?! Why come to me with that number? is it because I am a female? that was crazy, wasn’t going for it. he insulted my intelligence.
He came back at $ 7k. I gave him a number where I wanted my payments to be, he moved on to the next customer.
Thanks for making me feel as if you wanted my business. NOT!

I went in for a recall notice and it was handled very quickly and efficiently.

5 stars to David Fazio for his courtesy and professionalism. Probably will lease my next Nissan here and continue using their service department. Included a decent car wash & interior vacuum.

I love to bring my car to the Nissan dealership to get all the work done. However I have to seriously reconsider this. I got here at 7am (first customer in line) and for some reason it STILL takes 2 hours to get and oil change! It should not take this long to get a simple oil change. I absolutely hate coming here. Especially when I know I could go to Firestone or something and be in-​and-​out in 1 hour or less.
I am still sitting here…

Does not deal with customers properly

Today I was there. Salesman was very nice and professional. But his manager was the rudest person I have ever seen. I decided not to do business with them and not to buy car from them. DON’T GO THERE.

Terrrrrrible customer service. DO NOT use this dealership. EVER. Buy a Mercedes — worth it!

Had embarrassingly terrible service here. Brought my car in for the climate control to be fixed. Service rep was 100% unresponsive to me. Had to make several calls to her, have her paged, wait on hold, and finally have the service manager track her down. You walk in to the service area and it’s like a ghost town. No one there to help you at all. Stood there for ten minutes before someone walked by and he ignored me. Walked after him to ask who I could speak to. Car had to be there overnight. Service rep made zero outbound calls to me. Impossible to get her on the phone. The sales manager finally called me back and didn’t even let me speak. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve been coming here since it was Capitol City Nissan and let me tell you, those guys were great. They were warm and friendly and I was in and out for services within an hour. Now that ownership has changed which everything is the opposite. There was no notification of the change in ownership which was confusing. The new staff are kinda cold and not as friendly. Best part, it took over two hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. My lease is from Capitol City Nissan, I’m rather concerned about the end of my lease based on the other reviews. Will probably go elsewhere for service in the future.

Days like this is when I get review happy, this used to be Capitol Nissan, but they since sold to Nalley. I was worried because the service crew has always been amazing at Capitol and thank God they still had the same people. Larry, hands down is the best. I got a oil filter light that went on in the car I leased from Capitol now Nalley and have a road trip coming up, went straight there just in case the car needed oil, I apologized and said I never just show up but I was worried the apt I set up online with the Nalley Nissan at another location on Monday was too far out if my car needed oil. Larry said I can get you in if you can come back around 2 – 2:30 after lunch. He didn’t have to but made sure they checked everything for me including the air in my tires and in 30 mins or even less I was out the door! AMAZING. so happy and grateful they still have the familiar faces and great customer service. Thanks sooo much Larry, you are the best !

Appears that ownership transferred recently from Capitol City to Nalley with no notice to Capitol customers. Brought my 2013 Nissan Leaf in for 15K mileage and was strong armed to sign off on a $ 440+ service (by Corey). His advice was that «it was REQUIRED maintenance and I could either pay now and enjoy the benefit or pay when I turned in car (5 months later).» After checking what’s actually required with Nissan (when I was waiting — before service started), I found that his recommendations (including cabin/​air service) were exaggerated/​not all necessary (and I therefore changed the service request). This type of dishonesty reflects so poorly on a brand/​dealership.
Impossible to get a human to initially make the service appointment. Tried 3 times, phones rang and rang, left messages (calls never returned) and eventually resorted to online chat (taking 20 minutes to make an appointment).
Two hour wait for battery check and tire rotation. Waiting room is too small (not enough seats for clients), upholstery and carpeting are worn and whole place is sadly lacking.
Time to migrate service elsewhere. Beware!

Somewhat innocently, found out the dealership where I bought my car and had it serviced for the last six years… has been sold. I went there today to get a financial matter cleared up and can only politely say, «I was vastly underwhelmed.» Walked into an office that was previously the home of their finance director. Cautiously asked the fellow sitting there if he could help… since there was no name or title on the door. He was less than enthused and just sat there. must have missed the chapter in the book about greeting customers, introducing himself, offering (me) a seat. He explained they were the new owners (10 days). I detailed my problem and he sat passively suggesting «We don’t do that anymore… you may want to contact them directly.» I advised, maybe he could help and he (begrudgingly) dialed a number and got voice prompts. He entered my social security number and was told that didn’t compute. He sat… I stood for maybe 2 – 3 minutes working on something else on his computer. I asked if he was on hold. He nodded. This was his version of the Chinese water torture. I picked up my materials and because one of us needed manners said, «Thank you,» and left. Looked for any familiar face and headed to the service department. My regular guy was gone. I stopped by a desk to ask to see the general manager. «Not in today»…what a surprise since all was running so smoothly. Visited the receptionist on the way out to get gm’s contact information. «He doesn’t have a card, yet.» she said. I wished her the best in whipping this place into shape. Then I called the gm (voice mail) and told him I was never coming back and that his operation was beyond horrible.
Did I mention I’ve bought two cars here, have had my car serviced there for six years and they have dropped the proverbial ball. This is a known Atlanta dealership with multiple locations. Maybe they planned on an email blast to let me know there were new owners, they had their act together and that I should stop by for a Coke? I will never know.
