Maziar Massrour and Naveen Reddy deliver personalized, compassionate care for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain. Our highly trained physicians and staff develop customized treatment plans involving advanced pain relieving interventions and treatments. At Apex Pain Specialists, our objective is to alleviate pain while improving function and quality of life.

We started in 2011 with the combination of double board-​certified pain management physicians Dr. Naveen Reddy and Dr. Maziar Massrour dedicated to the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pain. Our goal at Apex Pain Specialists is to reduce pain, while promoting functional improvement and preventing re-​injury.

Dr reddy knows his stuff he found stuff and my mri’s that others didn’t pick up on. But my insurance wont cover it not there fault tho! My mother in law also goes to him and has had many producers done and has had great results

My husband went to this office for back & knee pain. He had one procedure scheduled at 4 pm on Tuesday and 7:15 the next day on Wednesday for the 2nd procedure. When we showed up Tuesday the receptionist said we had a check in time of 9:45 am for our next day appointment on Wednesday. They changed the time without notifying us after we rearranged our work schedules. The customer service is horrible and Dr. Mazi talks down to his staff. I would look for a different pain specialist who isn’t about money. We were told they can’t treat my husband for his back at the same time as his knees. That’s because they are worried about being paid at a lesser reimbursement for billing for both back & knees rather than treating their patients. They did not apologize for changing the schedule with less than a 24 hour notice. We will never go to this office again.

Dr Redy did not listen nor seem to have any empathy. He failed to properly access the areas in which I am experiencing problems and failed to offer any solutions to my pain. I took the wrong records with me and when I told them my mother could get them in less than 20 minutes the staff told me not to worry. They would get the electronically. Regardless he made suggestions that would only cause me agony before considering any treatment, in addition to recommending a topical compound medication. (Most insurance providers do not cover compounds, including mine.)
Do not waist your time, if you want to try injections go elsewhere. There are many providers that offer these same solutions while caring for their patients.

Dr. Reedy was all about the money and not the patient. Upon first visit Dr. Reedy wanted to do facet joint injections without an mri. He was quick to assume the diagnosis with a x-​ray alone.
After getting a second option and a mri Dr Reedy was planning to treat me for arthritis of the spine vs 3 bulged discs, spinal stenosis, and DDD (deginitive disc). Dr. Reedy said the numbness in thigh was weight related, But it’s related vs a 2.5 cm bulge in one of the disc.
* billing for procedures are treated as inpatient vs outpatient which would of been $ 640.00 out of pocket for the wrong treatment all together.
I don’t recommend going here!

Apex pain specialists has the best pain management doctors in Chandler! Living near the ocotillo community in Chandler, my mom has suffered with chronic back pain for years. There are some other issues that keep the pain coming back and apex pain specialists doctors Naveen Reddy and Maziar Massrour are always able to get her back to being pain free with her targeted injections.
I thought only high grade athletes trying to stay in competition needed these type of treatments (thinking Andre Agassi back in the day) but when I learned that these treatments were available for normal people and covered under many insurances I made sure to get my mom an appointment right away.
These guys are double board certified and really know their stuff. For anyone suffering with a chronic pain condition like my mom was I definitely recommend Apex!
