Business Owner

Jennifer Gibson has worked in the human resources management field for over twenty years in diverse industries including health care, manufacturing, transportation and employee leasing. Jennifer earned a dual degree– MBA and Master’s in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix. Her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration.

Jennifer holds the designation Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Management Institute and earned certificates in Mediation and Human Resources Management.

Jennifer is a member of the national Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and has recently completed her certification as a Professional in Workplace Conflict with the Mediation Training Institute.
