I seem to have difficulty finding people and companies who are fair and competent!.. It can at times be a daunting, frustrating challenge when tasks are beyond my own capabilities!.. So, I have no hesitancy recommending Brandon!.. He does what he says and knows what he’s doing!.. I would highly recommend him for all of your pool related needs!..

I was an owner builder and just finished my pool in March. They helped me with the Pentair automation programing and have been doing weekly service. I am happy with both the price and the service.

Had been trying to get our pool cleaned after its care got away from us this Spring, but the other pool companies are bafflingly unresponsive. So, in desperation as our pool kept getting greener and greener waiting for some pool companies to actually call you back, I googled «Pool service Chandler» and ASP Chandler came up as the first entry.
I called and immediately talked to Brighton who listened carefully about my issues, including my desperation to get it done ASAP (I was also leaving town the following week). I explained exactly what I needed, and he gave me a very fair quote. I explained I’d prefer to be on-​site while the work is done because I have a yard with a lot of precious/​rare plants that I want to be sure the workers are aware of. He completely understood, and told me he could start the next day and drop off the draining pump that evening!
What happened thereafter was the most professional service I’ve received in quite some time. Brighton always called right before coming over, asked me to show him my areas of concern (plant-​wise), *listened* to my requests, and proceeded very rapidly and professionally to get the work done. The next day, he again called when he was close, and immediately got to work. When an issue with the filter casing was discovered, he stopped the work and consulted with me. He explained everything in laymen’s terms, so made me feel at ease.
By the 3^rd day (1^st day draining, 2^nd day cleaning, 3^rd day filling and getting chemicals to startup levels), I had my beautiful clean perfectly functioning pool again! I was literally amazed at how professional, clean, and courteous Brighton was — he is clearly a huge asset to the company! I was so impressed, I recommended ASP to my sister who lives nearby, and she switched to ASP for her servicing soon thereafter.
I cannot say enough positive things about this company. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to ASP and especially to Brighton for a fantastic, professional job!

He came to give an estimate and broke part of my salt cell head using metal channel-​lock pliers on plastic parts. Then he proceeded to try to sell me a new one, claiming the Arizona sun had made the plastic brittle. I’d opened it for years by hand without issue. Now I have to fix what he broke because I can’t run my pool pump until I do or water will leak everywhere.

Very responsive. Love that they take a picture of the pool and attach to an email with the chemical balance. Would recommend them without hesitation!
