They were recently here for a routine check-​up and took care of a couple of things that could have created bigger problems down the line. He was courteous, professional and immediately able to evaluate my plumbing issue. I was impressed with his friendliness and his knowledge-​even my pups liked him. I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past, mostly emergencies, but this appointment was for a whole house, water heater, etc. check up. As in the past the team was courteous,
prompt, professional and seemed to really care about what they do. This is why I continue using the company and recommend it — Keep up the great attitude and service!

I consider Benjamin Franklin the family plumber. They are always prompt, professional and do the highest quality work. They remind me when it is time for free warranty work like flushing out the water heaters at no charge. When I need repairs, they fully explain the suggested solution and why it is the best for the long term. Chris recently came out for leaky outside faucet and replaced it with a much more reliable unit in a way that would simplify repair in the future… which I assume is a long way off because it looks great and he used the right parts.

I’m very satisfied with the work done by Andrew and his assistant. I had new faucets and shut off valves installed in both bathrooms at my condo, as well as repairs done to my bathroom fixtures and toilets. They did a quality job in the time they were given. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for additional work.

Discovered water softener broke and leaking at 7AM. Had a technician to the house within 3 hours. John explained the problem; outlined choices to correct it; and was meticulous in install and clean up. Great experience.

We were on a short timeline with a leaking toilet tank onto the floor. Called on Thursday with plans to leave town for a few weeks on Sunday. John came by that afternoon (Thursday) to fully diagnose the situation and removed the toilet, lined up re-​tiling the floor which occurred on Friday, with Junior coming by on Saturday to install a new toilet. The service was timely and professional. John and Junior were awesome. We requested that several estimates be provided for additional poitential work (water softener installation, guest bath conversion from bath tub to walk-​in shower).

I was shocked when Andrew handed me an estimate to update plumbing in my home. I called Benjamin Franklin to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. I was charged $ 69.00 for the estimate and then another $ 149.00 to perform the repair. I asked the repairman how long it would take to perform the repair. He said 10 minutes to do the work. The part had to be ordered. He asked if he could look at all our other plumbing in our home. After looking at all our other bathrooms, water heater & water softner in our 2 year old home, he handed me an estimate for $ 2800.00 to update all my plumbing. When I received the part, I called another plumbing company and had the repair done for $ 100.00. The repairman said all my other plumbing was just fine. Wow, stay away from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing unless you have money to burn.

Junior from Benjamin Franklin plumbing was great! He showed up on time, did excellent work, and explained the whole process to us clearly and honestly. He respected our new home and wore shoe covers anytime he was in the house. After the installation of our new water softener and RO system, he explained how to use it and maintain it. I would recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone who needs a good and punctual plumber.

We were very disappointed by this company. They were recommended by my son and his wife. We needed a plumber to help a friend of our and said we would cover the cost of the repair.
After the technician arrived he did a cursory inspection of the initial problem, never looked at the secondary problem. And then quoted a very high price for the repair.
I recommend that you try another company first. We were very disappointed.
