These guys are very bad with communication and getting things fixed on the properties and you really have to threaten to get the law involved with renters act and knowing your rights before they fix anything, it took them almost a month to get our washer and dryer fixed, as well as our fence that was falling apart and complained by with the neighbors even though they had to wait for permission from others it was still an eyesore to look at. I would not recommend this company if you want good customer service. I do not like getting angry but it seems that is what it takes before they actually pay attention to issues sadly. Will not be going back to this company. I also asked to have a walk-​through before our move out inspection and have not had an issue with any other rental company but these guys refused to help us out, so I was very disappointed to hear they will not do one and when they do they will take my keys the same day and charge you 50 dollars to come out again.
