Bullmoose Orthodontics is a well-​established team who is supported by a seasoned staff with a combined 40 years of experience. Dr. Dick Dykman is a local orthodontist specializing in Damon Braces, as well as providing Invisalign to both teens and adults. Bullmoose Orthodontics offers appointments on some week days as early as 6:30 am and as late as 7pm.

History

Established in 2000.

Dr. Dykman began his orthodontic career in Michigan and moved to the valley in the late 80’s where he joined the team that became Southwest Dental Group. In 2000 he left Southwest Dental and went out on his own. He took over the satellite practice of Dr. Flynn on Warner and Alma School. 5 years later he built the office of Bullmoose Orthodontics on Ray and the 101.

Dr. Dykman earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. He completed his degree in Dentistry at the University of Michigan. Dr. Dykman was a Research Fellow at the University of Michigan Center for Human Growth and Development for eight years. During his research tenure, he completed his specialty certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Arizona Dental Association, Arizona Society of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.

Dr. Dykman and his family are active in community affairs. He has practiced orthodontics exclusively in Arizona since 1991. He practiced orthodontics exclusively in Michigan from 1978 to 1988.
