Dim Sum & few more. Specializing in seafood as to Lobster, Dungeness Crab, Walnut Mango Shrimp, but Peking Duck, French Beef Tenderloin, and newest is whole suckling piglet. However, Orange Chicken is famous but we put our signature dish C-Fu Chicken to any competitor. C-Fu is also regarded to have the best facility for have reception from 20 to 300 plus guests. Banquet menu is untouchable in costs as compare to other places.

Established in 1995.
First in the East Valley to have introduce Dim Sum and Asian Banquet facility. First to bring in live seafood lobster, crab, tilapia, and king clams.

Open C-Fu Gourmet in 1994 in Tempe, moved to Chandler location in 1996. C-Fu gourmet offeers Cantonese Dim Sum & Seafood. I played at ASU from 1969 – 1973 under Frank Kush, member of the 1970 Peach Bowl and Fiesta Bowl 1 & 2. Was Drafted by Houston Oilers in 1973, and Philadelphia Eagles. Became the first American Chinese to play in the NFL. I am married to my lovely wife Ling and together we try and provide the greatest chinese food in the valley. I am very proud of my Chinese heritage and would like to share the culture with everyone I meet.
