I’m not an easy 5 star giver but this was the besst car buying experience hands down! Definitely the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I have ever done. Brian was down to earth and very honest and open about anything I asked. My friend and I were in town from Cali for the weekend doing a Spartan Race and before leaving town I wanted to stop and check out this Mustang I had been looking at online. We followed the address I saw on their website to what didn’t look like a car dealership as it looked more like a retail store front, I really thought I was in the wrong place. But… just wait until you walk in, it was a super nice clean showroom and the car… it was immaculate, like all the other cars in the showroom. Brian knew every detail about the car and gave us the full details. We didn’t even have to negotiate on the price as the first price he gave me was more than fair, I know because I had been searching for Mustangs for months, he definitely gained my trust at that point. I drove back home to Cali and called Brian the next morning and told him I wanted it. He had my financing approved in minutes, when I say minutes I literally mean about 8 minutes from when I gave him all my info! Amazing! I was making plans to pick up the car and Brian was willing to cover ship the car (very reasonable price) or pick me up from the airport if needed, talk about service… The next weekend I drove back to AZ, I text Brian along the way to let him know when I would be there and he had all the paperwork ready so I literally walked in signed the papers which took about 10 minutes max and got my keys, that’s it! I was used to the hours of going through paperwork at dealerships, not this time. Thanks Brian for such an easy transaction, I will definitely be back for another car!
I ended up buying a 2010 Mustang Roush Stage 3 with only 6k miles #10 of 100, amazing find like many others I saw at CanAm. I highly recommend!

You know that car commercial when they say this was so easy where is the drama? Well CanAm made me feel like that. It was so easy that I thought something was wrong. I bought a used 2013 Scion FRS and all I can say was thank you for making it so easy. This was my first time buying a nice car and Brian made it simple for me. He is certified through USAA which made all the paperwork and paying super easy. I was only in the office for 5 minutes and 4 of those were just talking. He was well organized and knowledgeable about the car and buying process. Its a weird little spot in a strip mall but he is the man to go to. Thank you again!

I didn’t read the reviews before I went there. CanAm Imports had the exact vehicle I was looking for when no one else in the valley did. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle. The process from walking in to driving off with my new truck took about an hour, and that was with a trade in. I was given more for my trade in then any other dealership had offered me. From my perspective, every part of the deal just felt fair.

Great experience started even before we arrived… called on an ad an was pleased to hear they had the advertised vehicle in stock, and Brian called me back immediately as promised with full detail on my proposed trade. Things just got better from there… the shop was immaculate and it was clear they deal only in well inspected, quality cars. Brian was extremely friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable not only about the car we were buying but seemingly every vehicle in the shop. His no haggle best price and very fair trade in value meant we were in and out in well under an hour, including the test drive. He also finds cars for clients if he doesn’t have them in stock, so we’ll certainly be using them again. Highly recommended!

I don’t write many reviews, CanAm Imports deserves recognition for an outstanding job.
I bought a used 2014 Lexus from CanAm Imports. It was my first car buying experience online and Brian was really great through the process. I’ve been around the car business my whole life and I know the good, bad and ugly of it and Brain is better then good he’s fantastic.
Buying a car almost 2000 miles away was a little disconcerting at first but after dealing with Brian I have no qualms about buying another car online again, actually I’m looking forward to it. Brian made me feel very confident I was getting exactly what was represented in the photos and description on CanAm Import website.
Another important part of the process was the communication, it was outstanding and most import after the purchase too. Brian always answered my calls or called back with in minutes, first rate service.
The car came on the truck, I watch in unload, looked over the car and it was exactly what was described.
Another bonus! I had no plans to finance the car, after Brian got me such a great low percentage loan I’d be a fool to pay cash.
I almost forgot to mention what a great deal I got. I have 4 Lexus dealers within 1 hour of my home and there wasn’t one dealer that could come close to CanAm Import price.

My wife and I were searching for a pre-​owned Honda Pilot for a couple weeks when we found one CanAm had listed online. I am very picky when it comes to buying pre-​owned vehicles and I was very relieved to see this Pilot was in like new condition, very low miles, and all the bells & whistles. My husband and I are in the market for an off-​road vehicle and stopped by CanAm because there was a super sweet Rubicon listed. At first, Brian, the owner. was really friendly and had no problem letting us test-​drive the vehicle. However, when we returned and started asking questions about purchasing, he had the audacity to make statements like, «Are you gonna have to refinance your house to buy it?» He proceeded to ask both of us what we do for a living. Needless to say, we won’t be purchasing our vehicle from him.

I just had a really terrible experience with a salesman named Brian, at CanAm Imports. I have never dealt with such a blatantly rude and unprofessional salesman. He was clearly a very insecure and unhappy person. Very disappointing.

I was very happy and satisfied with the wonderful and personable service I received from Brian and his wife. This was my first time buying a car by myself so I was a bit nervous. I went to different dealerships and was tired of their BS.
Brian is very welcoming and totally understanding. He took his time to contact the car’s previous owner and asked him the few questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end.

Wondering why there are 22 5 star reviews filtered? Is mine going to get filtered too? Amazing experience buying an Audi S4. No haggling and I got a great deal. He made some money and I got one of the lowest priced loaded S4 Prestiges in the country. Great to work with. I’ve purchased 15 cars of my own and helped dozens other do the same thing from other dealers. This place is almost too good to be true. When my wife needs a new SUV, we are checking their inventory first! Thanks, Brian!

what a great buying experience — Brian and the team at Canam prove that car dealerships can be honest, direct, reasonable and pleasant to deal with! My experience with Canam simply could not be beat. I am thrilled with the vehicle, it was EXACTLY as advertised, a super fair deal, and a painless buying experience! I could not possibly recommend Canam any higher. You’d be foolish to go anywhere else — I never will go anywhere else!

I dread going to shop for a new or used car — especially when the one I want is not available from a private seller and I have to go to the dealerships. Despite a career in marketing and sales and experience as a negotiator putting together large business deals, I prepare for a car shopping trip like I’m going to war. I do my research, conduct a detailed pricing analysis, and strap on my armor before heading out to thrash used car sales guys.
I had a very different experience yesterday in purchasing a car at CanAm Imports — a smaller business that specializes in higher end, late model used cars. Brian, the owner completely changed my perspective around buying a used vehicle from a dealer. As a result, I strongly recommend his business for a multitude of reasons.
First, there are no high pressure, dumb sales tricks being performed at CanAm. Instead, you’ll receive laid bad and honest service that is focused more on ensuring your satisfaction than extracting cash from everyone that steps foot in the door. Even if they don’t have the car in stock that you’re looking for, Brian will locate the right one through his network and provide options. However, the thing that really sets him apart from the big dealers is that he prices the vehicles for what he’s actually willing to sell them for — and not in the faux manner of a CarMax. While certainly market conditions will ultimately have the greatest impact on price, I can’t imagine finding a better deal anyplace else. Last point — the process to finalize the financials, complete paperwork and drive away took less than 20 minutes.
I know there are honest, big dealer salespeople out there trying to make a living in an upfront way. Just avoid the lots with 20 bored sales guys sitting out front smoking cigarettes like hyenas around the water hole. Go give Brian at CanAm a try. Just had the easiest car buying experience ever. Brian is honest and fun to work with. Found my beautiful BMW on the website and had it home in under 3 hours-​even went out for lunch while he set up the docs! Got a great deal and financing without all the big dealership hassle.

Great car buying experience. Got a good deal on a 2010 Avalanche from Brian. I visited no less than 12 dealerships but kept coming back to Canam Imports. While other dealerships were to busy inventorying their cars and doing whatever they could to ignore me or trying to be slimy pushy sales people Brian was straight forward, honest and easy to work with. He even pointed out a tiny ding in the paint that were unnoticeable to anyone but him. He made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle easy and pressure free. I was honestly in and out in 30 minutes no detracted 8 hour negotiations just an honest experience. I would highly recommend Brian and Canam and would purchase from him again.
