Our team of six Realtors and two transaction managers can do this as we close more properties per month/year than the typical real estate agent, and thoroughly know the Arizona valley housing market.
Our team pledges to aggressively negotiate on your behalf. We are experts in residential resale, multiple-offer situations, new construction, distressed, foreclosed, and short sale properties. Our listings consistently sell for higher prices with shorter market times than the market average.
Working with all types of clients, from first time home buyers to seasoned investors, has given me the experience to make my clients transaction as stress free as possible.

You can always count on consistent follow up and an agent that is very easy to get a hold of when you need me. 8am to 8pm 7 days a week, I am always available to help, show homes, or simply answer your questions. 13 year Arizona resident & currently a homeowner in Chandler. Graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, I started my career in local media sales. Working for the Phoenix New Times, KTVK Channel 3, and finally NBC Channel 12, The Arizona Republic, azcentral.com for 5 years.
Over the years, I have honed my negotiation & people skills inside of corporate board rooms and with small local businesses here in the greater Phoenix area. Researching, analyzing, and presenting my findings in a concise and easy to understand way is a skill I have developed over my sales career.
