I do the shopping, the cooking and the clean up and leave your refrigerator or freezer filled with healthy, delicious meals that all you have to do is heat and eat. I solve your dinner dilemmas with a healthier alternative to take out and restaurant food. Your meals are customized to your likes and dislikes and can be made to accomodate special dietary needs: low salt, low fat, diabetic. I also offer dinner parties so that you can enjoy your guests instead of being in the kitchen.

Established in 2010.
After working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, I decided that I wanted to spend the holidays with my family, not working. So I started Effortless Bistro Personal Chef Service so I could be with my family, enjoy weekends and holdiays, and still do what I love to do: cook!

As an elementary music teacher, I was a busy mom and tried to plan my meals for the week to avoid going out to eat and ordering pizza. I would cook on the weekends so I would have «planned overs» for the week ahead. In 2008, I changed careers and went to culinary school. While at culinary school, I learned some new ways to update my classic stand-bys for dinner and learned some new fast and easy dishes, as well as classic French cooking.
Growing up in New Jersey, I found myself surrounded by Italians and learned many ways to make a red sauce or «gravy». When my husband and I got married, I moved to Oregon where I learned the cuisine of the Northwest and fell in love with cedar planked salmon and Gravenstein apples. In 2003, we moved our family to Arizona, where I continue to learn about Southwest cooking and the different ways to cook with chiles.
While I love to cook, baking is my passion and I love trying out new recipes and making my favorites from childhood.
